The hotel was very poor overall, the staff was "friendly" but please do not take the breakfast option as it is a complete disappointment, it will be literally a coffee and 1 croissant made by the receptionist and that's all. It is a budget place where everything is kind of odd looking but clean!

During my recent visit, I had a mixed experience. The service was generally attentive and friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, I enjoyed my time.

Was a basic hotel but clean and the air-conditioning worked wondered when we went. Staff friendly and the location was great as the bus/train and tram were all within 5 minutes walk.

The room is not big. It is a small hotel that is hard to book in the peak season. It is very old but clean. The elevator is too small. It can accommodate three people. It is located at the back of the station. It takes about ten minutes to go through the underground passage of the station. There is a level of stairs in the passage without an elevator. It is heavy to carry large luggage. There are several restaurants nearby. It is OK.

The service is normal... for a similar price, or even better. I spent other nights in the same place. They charge for a breakfast that is TERRIBLE.

Although the facilities were old, the room was quite comfortable. Towels were also provided. The shower with running water was disappointing. The blanket was too thin.

Breakfast is just 1 croissant and coffee. The hotel is a bit far from the station. It's tiring to walk. The room is old. The shower is broken. The toilet doesn't flush. In this condition at this price, I recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else. But the reception staff is very good.

Hotel very well located, good advice for visiting Venice from the staff. Minimalist breakfast, coffee in a cup and a croissant. Bathroom in a terrible state and impossible to close the shutter.
