Very nice environment with friendly staff - There’s a few on-site barbecues and a catering area so we were able to make ourselves some nice meals and enjoy in the catering area. Check in and out was seamless, great stay!

This is my 6th stays at this hotel. From good to now so so. This trip only give 2 biscuits, some teabags and a few can drinks. No amenities given and no room service during your entire stays. A bit disappointed

Nice and clean room enough for three of us.

Lovely stay right in the heart of Marg river for a very reasonable price. And dog friendly 😍 What more could you want? ❤️

Fair cleanliness

The environment is more ecological, hygienic and clean. The hotel is close to the main road, and rooms near the road are noisy.

The room is very old. After staying for two nights, it was not cleaned or towels were changed. The hotel got off work early and is a little far from the center. It is a small bungalow and the restaurant seems to be closed on Wednesdays!

The bathroom door frames are rotting really badly and there wasn’t enough channels maybe look at Netflix

Staff were friendly, place is old fashioned but spotlessly clean, their was no site parking. Only negative point was that they provided cups but no drinking glasses.

Handy location, nice walk to centre of town to eat. Two night stay and for the price paid rooms not serviced is nor acceptable.

I have stayed here before when it was called Motel Australis. Even back then, it was very dated. However, it was clean and I never noticed any structural issues with the building or doors. This time I noticed a weather crack in the timber door and I was easily able to look straight through the crack from both sides, which led me to believe that it was a security issue for people who were untoward. And the Wi-Fi service was next to non-existent, and when it was reported. There was no interest in what we had to say when we checked out. So I would hope things improve because we wouldn't mind staying there again if things improve.

Their room service is not room service- you have to pick up the meal from the restaurant. I was not told this when I enquired about room service when I checked in. There was no vegan options at all except for salad, chips and steamed vege. Only one vegetarian option. Bit ordinary in this day and age!
