房子在四樓，很乾凈，較大，有三張床，被子很厚，蓋着有點熱。一下樓就是很多俄式餐廳，有一家人很多，從四點開始排隊叫號，直到晚上十點還在昂。餐廳旁有步行街，很近很方便。

小區位置方便，房東大姐熱心，因看到我家孩子被草原蚊子叮得嚴重，帶着去買葯還給孩子送了小玩具。房間乾淨整潔，高性價比。入住小區有點老舊，但是房間內裝修舒適。

非常乾淨衞生，就在居民區，且位於城市繁華地段，出門就是網紅盧布裏俄餐廳，周圍飯店、超市、水果店、葯店應有盡有，小區內停車也方便。房間床也很舒服，更接近酒店，密碼鎖，入住退房都方便，不交按金，可以帶孩子，適宜家庭遊居住。當然要推薦一下。唯一不足，房在四樓無電梯。
