Good stay with good and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Have decent restaurant facility. Cooperative staffs.

I had a nice time staying at ratnasagar. The property is located on the main road, very much near the mahe campus. There are many provisional stores and restaurants nearby. There is also an auto stand within walkable distance.

The room was good. Wifi service is 1mbps so purchase a data pack before making a journey and the bedsheets were a little dirty. Besides that, the hotel room was a good value for the price.

The stay is totally worth the money for around 2k. The rooms are spacious and amenities were adequate. But room service is not quick and efficient. The towel provided was also dirty. But overall still value for money i would say.

Toilet was very small. No place for having bath. No cleaning of room. Bed sheets were not properly cleaned. No proper room service

Not hygienic at all. Assistant level staff arrogant, no value for the money. No words. But one fellow rakshak is a good fellow

Don’t book ambient is worst room was smelling bedsheet are dirty pilow covers were smelling i put towel so that i can sleep staff are not delivering the parcel order by me i had to go to collect that no kettle no hot water i wait 20 min then they allow me to check in i was checking in at 6 pm tv not working to call reception no phone don’t book

The hotel owner and the other staffs are really helpful and service is excellent. Good place to stay in. Also the food in the restaurant are delicious.

I booked 3 occupancy room but when i reached at hotel they provided me small room there is no place to 3rd person and bathroom have no place for bath only toilet seat space there and staff said we has this room only most terrible experience don’t book this hotel
