New and renovated an very clean i will definitely stay again.the only problem bathroom fan didnt work and caused the room to become a steam sauna.

Very quiet and nice hotel. Parking is free and easy. Very close to the airport. Rooms are very clean and modern. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Tina at the front desk was very nice and friendly.

I was there for only one night. I stayed there as it was in close proximity to LAX and I prefer smaller facilities to stay and Hi View fit the bill to a tee. Very nice place. Would highly recommend for travelers who wish to stay in the beach cities.

Closed front desk early and did not have their phone line active. Was forced to book a different stay at a different hotel last minute.

Quick overnight trip with my 9-yr old daughter. Clean room, extremely friend front desk female, and fast check-in. I picked this hotel because of the good reviews…so I decided to add one myself. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Clean, although small stains on the comforter. Bed was uncomfortable. 15 minutes from the airport without traffic. But overall I would stay again if I needed a one night hotel near the airport.

For the price, Hi View provides a pretty decent accommodation by Manhattan Beach standards of cost.

Great family run business in a very convenient location. It allows you to leave the car at the hotel and walk to Manhattan Beach or Hermosa. It is safe, clean, friendly staff and affordable. I always stay here when I am in CA for business.

Very quaint stay in the standard room. Modern and pretty and small. Just what you need for a place to sleep.

I’ve stayed here before and had a much better experience. The location is excellent which is why I came back. This time, the comfort level seems to have gone down. I stayed in room 117, a very small room on the end. Mattress felt and old and I could feel the springs. The tv remote did not work which was frustrating. The bathroom fan squeaks extremely loud and there’s no way to shut it off; it’s linked to the light. Probably won’t be back unless it’s my last resort.

The room was beautiful but small with nowhere to hang clothes. Bathroom was lovely. However, this property is situated at a busy dual carriageway with non stop traffic which you heard all night, it actually felt like you were sleeping on the highway. The beach is a 20 minute walk down a very steep road. Check in lady was nice.

Needs better cleaning. The room was small, but not an issue. The area is noisy, but feels safe. 3/5 overall.
