The Room was too small. Very tiny toilet, you barely can stand on it. The shower is separate and the sink is outside the toilet and the shower which doesn’t make any sense. There is no phone in the room so you can’t call the reception if you need anything. The breakfast wasn’t included and you need to pay for each person alone, which is too much . There is no k kettle in the room and no cops or nothing when we asked for a caps or glasses they give us a plastic one. the cleaning service wasn’t that good they didn’t clean my son’s bed for the three days we estate on it. The hotel is bit far from the town centre. You only can use the tram. I don’t recommend it

Rooms really small. No hot breakfast. Orange juice and apple juice very watered down, not very nice. You get what you pay for I suppose

Lovely staff and the location was easy to get to Manchester City centre or the Trafford centre on the tram.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's one of the nicer ones I've stayed in up north. A few issues such as the bed being unmade in the room but it was still a decent stay and the microwave and free internet makes the stay pleasurable.

Everything met my expectation. Well done.

Nice for short-term stays. Location is really close to the Old Trafford stadium

It was a good budget hotel, nice room, though toilet space a bit small and out side of the bathroom, it worked out well, breakfast options had no eggs or sausages but other good options available. Staff were all round nice.

Great and comfy stay

Every thing good and smooth but house keeping need more training about unnecessary knocking the door before 10am and asking are you check out today? Now question is these thing they can ask there reception who leaving today, or they can wait till 11:59 am then ask are you leaving today Mostly leaving time taking bath or packing the baggage so it’s hard to open the door that time hope my comments will help to improve your service thanks best rey

It was nice for short stay

Fantastic greeting upon arrival and friendly service, no ask was too small. Asked for extra pillows and no problem getting one. Rooms were clean and tidy. Check in was easy along with paying for parking and check out was also just as easy. Friendly staff who were happy to help and engaged in conversation. Would 100% stay again next year as only 10 minutes from the venue. Hotel was also really easy to find.

The hotel was what you would expect for a budget hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location. The downside was that the bed was very hard, and we only got one pillow each on the bed. However, there is an option to request additional bedding. There was also no tea and coffee facilities in the room, however there is an option to borrow a coffee machine and there is 24 hour pizza and drinks.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and well mannered. Was good stay would recommend
