Good location, price and breakfast. I booked this hotel several times when I visited Manchester.

great location, beautiful scenery of the city, surprisingly the breakfast is always included

Everything was perfect. But it was a matter of big surprise/shock that this holiday inn Express hotel has not got a single USB charging point, not in the room, not in the breakfast area even. Would suggest to make some small investment like couple of thousand pounds in putting some USB charging points at least in Public Areas. Even busses and taxis are providing them The kettle in the room was so unique.

very terrible experence. The check out time is 11:00 and the hotel will bother you from 8:00 by tel or knock the door in order to let you go! You can not have a good rest at here. The hotel is dirty, Terrible service! Extremely unrecommended !

We booked here for one night. This hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from Manchester Oxford Road train station. Check in was straight forward and fast, getting to your room even quicker. Lifts are near reception so no lugging suitcases etc. Staff were friendly, there’s a bowl of your favourite chocolates on reception, my daughter was allowed to help herself to whatever she liked…that was a nice touch. We booked a room for 4 people, now the room was fairly small, but this is a city centre hotel at a great price. Bathroom was the right size. There is a thermostat near the door, we felt the heating could have been placed in a better location as it took a while to heat the room, the blower was right near the door, so heated that area quickly, but not the rest of the room. Overall the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and happy to talk if you were…we liked that too. This hotel is used by all type of customers, families, business people, singles and couples. The location is great, you are a 15 minute walk away from the main town centre…with the Arndale Centre. In fairness I think why would you need to walk that far as there’s loads of eateries and shops all around this hotel, enough to keep the day traveller happy. The pictures don’t fully do it justice as we had stayed in the room at the time of me taking them. I loved the view! I would stay here again, the price which is important was the best feature, cheapest hotel by a mile.

Good hotel

The room was immaculate, had the necessary amenities with a stunning city view. I really enjoyed my stay over there and receptionist who checked me in was very helpful and kind.

The staff isn't helpful. They gave me a wrong type of room which is very dirty. The man who is in charge in night threatened us by calling a security if we didn't pack out things within 10 minutes to change our room. The management needs to discipline or change their hotel staff. The worst Holiday Inn I've ever booked as a traveler.

The staff at this hotel were lovely, friendly and helped with everything. But the hotel itself is a bit rubbish. It’s overpriced for what it is and the breakfast is abysmal, dry and tasteless.

Very nice place. Near to Oxford Train... Which means to go to Manchester Airport is very convenient. Alot of Halal shops along the street. Great service. Paid for the value. Thank you very much. .

When I was check in I’ve got the room With the dirty sofa, the smell of the room makes me feel sick.So I was asking to change the room and I’ve got a beautiful clean room.The services are amazing, very polite and professional.Thank you very much.
