A great hotel, very good breakfast, friendly and excellent staff, VERY HELPFUL, there is no bad weather, at any time they are ready to help. But the building itself is old, moldy, leaks, TV does not work well, air conditioning is relatively cold. You will have a good stay, but in a very old building in need of repairs.

located very close to the amazon theater, the Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite being spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems with the facilities such as torn curtains, peeling floors, old and threadbare sheets, questionable pillow... but All this is already expected because the amount they charge is very low. You can't expect much more than that for this rate.

The hotel is great, with a good location. Only the service that leaves something to be desired, they almost don't find my reservation

I only stayed for a few hours, the room had morph and the bathroom was dirty with a strange smell. It's not a good international standard. Although close to the opera house, it's not worth the price. And the pool is not available, so decide not to stay too long. I hope the hotel management sees it, when I complained to the staff they didn't They didn't answer me.

I was at the hotel taken by copa airlines, after an emergency stop, and I had my worst hotel experience in my life. Terrible structure, dirty, air conditioning broke 10 minutes after entering the room, we were in 4 and were directed to one of the beds. Horrible, dirty rooms, corridors without light, horrible external part, horrible smell, some people had dirty and damp sheets, and even with drops of blood, completely moldy curtain and non-stop leaks from the faucet and shower. I counted hours to leave, the only caveat was the goodwill of the reception staff in trying to explain and deal with so many problems. Would never return.

Lousy accommodations, smelly rooms, moldy walls, dumb elevator, unprepared and sometimes ignorant attendants, poor breakfast.... First and last stay at this hotel... I do not recommend...

Dark and gloomy hotel, missing lights, dirty, cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work properly. Bathroom flooded when showering. Breakfast fluctuated between average and bad. Only the employees were good.

You guys need to renovate the rooms!!! Bidet in the bathroom I haven't seen in like 30 years. Look at that moldy bedroom wall. The bathroom is very bad. The ceiling throughout the building is pitiful, too awful. (This is the second room I've been allocated here, all very bad). You are at maximum capacity, due to the lack of hotels during the Boi de Parintins season (not because they serve something of quality, just look at the photos).

We stayed for a week. A week without a hot shower. Don't go to room 611. It doesn't have hot water, every day I contacted the staff and always the same excuse that they would pass it on to the maintenance sector. I do not indicate.

A única coisa boa deste hotel é a localização, fica na rua de baixo do teatro Amazonas, ao lado de ótimos restaurantes e muitos comércios. O restante era péssimo, o quarto com paredes mofadas, cortinas sujas, colchões nojentos, muito sujos e rasgados, travesseiros com mal cheiro, roupa de cama manchada de uso e com cheiro de usada. Encontramos 2 baratas baratas no banheiro, encanamento aberto, vaso sanitário quebrado, luminárias penduradas, toalhas tão finas e gastas que mal dava pra se enxugar. A experiência foi num todo péssima, sem um comentário positivo para ser feito.

O hotel está completamente decadente. Os quartos estão mal cuidados, com fios elétricos à vista, cortinas rasgadas, lâmpadas queimadas e pias & chuveiros pingando. Os funcionários em geral não são simpáticos nem solícitos e não ajudam muito. A comida é ruim e muitas vezes não tem reposição no café da manhã. A sala de reuniões é relativamente boa mas, de novo, o serviço de alimentação (Coffee break) deixa muito a desejar.

Dessa vez o hotel me surpreendeu, fiquei no 12° andar. Quarto top, ameiii vista incrivel Lencois limpos, quarto limpo. Atendimento maravilhoso, foram bem rapidos e prestativos. Dessa vez nao tenho o que reclamar, tudo perfeito. Voltarei com certeza.
