Worst property I hv ever visited ....first time I did any online booking and it ended up like a nightmare....it is a request....plz plz dnt book this ...it is like a ******* place .....it is a trap by the property management to earn money .....by taxing u 25% in advance. SAVE URSELF

Worst experience ever, Nothing is like that which is available in pics except garden, Building is very old, water droppage here and there, Smelly room, Zero hospitality. No basic things in room, We booked for two days but change hotel in next day, Mostly guest did the same. Need management concentration is property is having having good place and location

I stayed there for 2 nights in May 2023 and I would like to mention the following: 1. The place is in very bad condition 2. There is water leaking at multiple places in corridors 3. No water was there in the bathroom 4. No kettle, telephone was not working(I was told by the staff that it was only for show) 5. TV, wifi was not working and even after multiple complaints no one ce to solve the issue. 6. The staff only seemed to somehow postpone the problem with statements like we will look into ot, we will solve it soon etc 7. Most of the other customers I met there had similar complications. 8. Most importantly, the owner is a very rude woman. She told me I should have raised these issues before checkin and not after.(what does this even mean?). I told her on her face that it was a mistake staying here and her exact response was 'you committed the mistake now you pay'

Worst hotel ever visited no one is concerned about you we have booked a room through *********** after reaching at the front desk they denied that they cant give us a room on the following rates which *********** has offered us . Receptionist doesn't know about anything we were waiting for almost 1 hour at reception they haven't offered us a glass of water at last they refused to give us room
