Two nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

Very good hotel..rooms are good and spacious. Kaaba view is excellent from hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Good spread with lots of option. We were served with so much of care and specially Mr Ashraf was very very helpful and gave the extra mile to us and took care of us even the minute details specaily for my mom . That's what you call hospitality. My rating *****. Must try people like Ashraf make the difference between other properties and this.

Good breakfast spread with lots of variety and best bed .. good mattress and fresh linens. Location is walkable to Masjidil Haram. No need for amenities as the sole purpose is for our spiritual journey

I arrived to the hotel at 10 and the lady in the reception told us to go and do the Omra and come back to get the rooms, I am a gold Fairmont member which was treated badly. We came back at 2:30 and noticed that the rooms are not ready and have been told that the check in time is 4PM, however before one day of arrival they called me to ask me what time do I want the room to be ready. Each customer receptionist was directing me to another where this wasn’t practical at all, image I was awake more than 12 hours and at the end of the day each on just throws me. Then after having a fight we got the rooms finally, I get to know that one of the rooms is full of insects and the other room is noisy from the neighbors. When I called to tell the reception after several fights they changed both rooms, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the escalators. Overall my experience with this hotel is really baaaaaaad and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only positive point was that it’s few steps to the Haram other than that nothing is worth it at all, even when you speak to someone from the receptionist they don’t reply as of they don’t listen and in my case I am a gold member plus trip advisor level 6, how if I was a normal guest what would happen. They made my day very hard and miserable

We stayed there for a short trip it was lovely they upgraded us to a haram view room. The bed was comfortable and the place was lovely. A 2 minute walk to the masjid. All staff were very helpful at breakfast, and selection was great.

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

We had a great stay in Adress Jabal Omar! We will be back soon, in sha Allah. The staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Roaa from the restaurant (standing at the reception). Such a sweet girl! They also think about people with special needs. Although there is a bus bringing you to the Haram, they also offer a taxi with a elevator for wheelchairs. There was a minus: we had a stay of 5 nights and 6 days, the breakfast was everyday for 90% the same. Which is a big no for a 5 star hotel.

It is my first time to have a short stay in this hotel. It was a very good experience from the start of my journey at the reception desk with Mr. “saif” and his warm welcome and continuous smile, through the wide, clean room with its new furniture and many facilities, the good service of the house keeper “Samy”, passing by the most decent, supportive, and helpful restaurant manager; Mr. “Taher”; and his professional team, and ending at the reception desk again with the warm “see you again” from Mr. Abd AlRahman. From my point of view, except for the fact that the hotel is far from “Haram”, it is one of the best hotels in Makkah.

The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, adding to the serene atmosphere. It’s clear that the housekeeping team puts their heart into their work, ensuring every detail is attended to. Coming back to such a fresh, spotless room each day was genuinely comforting and felt like coming home. A special thank to Mr. Farouk, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. His warm, attentive service and genuine care made such a difference, and it was clear he leads the team with the highest standards of hospitality. I felt truly valued, and this level of service was both humbling and uplifting. The shuttle service to the Haram was a gift in itself. Knowing that transportation was reliably taken care of gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus entirely on my prayers and the spiritual purpose of my visit. My time at Boudl Makkah was a beautiful blend of comfort, care, and connection. It’s a place that not only meets practical needs but touches the heart, making it an experience I’ll carry with me long after leaving. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet sanctuary near the Haram
