Truly 5 star services. We had an amazing stay. Room was spacious and could view Masjid Al Haram. Breakfast was also excellent. If you ever stay here, please make sure you look for Mahmoud Saleh at the restaurant, he made our experience during the breakfasts worthwhile

Best hotel by far !
From food to the most comfiest room.
The only thing which can be improved is in cleanliness.
Our next door neighbor put trash outside his room and it was not cleaned up till mid day.
Also at the window where dried birds poo are left not cleaned.

Having a crawling baby makes you check the cleanliness of the room which was very disappointing, the windows were very dusty, the bathroom as well (which makes you question if they clean it properly between guests), the room it self was not clean under the chairs and TV table was very dirty with mouldy food, the carpet looked old and dirty. Location of the hotel is excellent and very close to the Haram
