It's condo and a mall within. A very convenient place to stay, design was nice and complete. Self Check In with a personal password. Room size was small but they managed to maximize it. I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!

The pool is good, but the administration department could be more accommodating, especially for foreigners. The process to pay the pool fee can be frustrating, as they prioritize lengthy transactions first. While this is within their rights, it would be better to allocate a cashier for shorter transactions. The toiletries and towels are good, but it would be nice if they could add comforters and bedsheets for the pull-out bed. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will return.

We had a few issues with the WiFi, but they were able to resolve it quickly. I definitely recommend them. I hope the quality of service won’t change.

Amenities were complete and the room was nice and cozy. The location was also accessible to almost everything although the pool was a bit complex to access.

We had a pleasant stay at this location. The only issue we encountered was the difficulty in communicating with the lessor, as our communication was solely through email. Additionally, there was a language barrier, as it was challenging to converse in English due to the limited proficiency of the lessor. Another downside was the absence of Netflix in the accommodation. When we attempted to address this with the lessor via email, we struggled to understand the instructions provided.
