I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in.
KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils.
BEDROOM - 2 beds.
BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES!
DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table .
LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building.
Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Loved our experience at MDR ❤️ Booked an overnight stay with my son and requested a SIMPLE surprise for him at the room, and yes, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN without confirming nor declining my request. LOVED THE INDOOR POOL because it’s only 4ft and it’s the perfect depth for him without me worrying cos I did not swim 😄
Breakfast was GREAT! We chose the continental bfast buffet but I think they have a filipino buffet also at the 4th floor. LOVED the choices too.
Staff were VERY accommodating, polite and friendly. There was a power interruption at 10am until check out but it was fine.

We last stayed in this hotel more than 20 years ago. It is a great location, central to shopping malls and restaurants, cafes, bars etc. The hotel is first class, same as it was all those years before. The staff were lovely, well spoken, very professional. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, steam room all great! The buffet breakfast is more like a feast for kings and queens! Great variety, including international fare e.g. Japanese, Indian, oriental and western food. It was exceptional. My wife misplaced her purse with valuable jewellery. We asked reception and they found it for us. It had been handed in by a security guard. We gave the guard a generous reward for their honesty. Loved our stay and we will return.

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️
The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve.
Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

The hotel overall provided a good experience, with cleanliness meeting standard expectations. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life.
The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors.
There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels.
There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati.
The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better.
I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for.
I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

The inn is surprisingly clean. The bed is very comfy and even though we booked just for 2 nights, the housekeeping changed our beddings on our 2nd day. The only downside is the noise. You can hear from the rooms people arguing from the other room and someone singing at 5am in the morning. It is not soundproof.

GGummy_BearArrived earlier around 11am and was allowed to check in earlier. In addition, I was allowed to check out one hour later because of my late flight. Appreciate all the staff from the security, door, front desk (Karla for being so accomodating), and housekeeping, for their amazing service.
Overall, the location was great, the room is very clean, and amenities were sufficient!
No comments on bfast and I did not try it.

Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this.
2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot.
3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware.
4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning.
5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

JJuan MiguelStaff are all friendly, they gave us complimentary room upgrade and a late check out. Bed is comfy, restroom is clean and water pressure is good. Considering the rate they offer and excellent customer service, it’s really a great hotel to stay in Makati Avenue and/or Poblacion area.

AajefosaThe most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!

GGuest UserThis was a pleasant stay. Seven Eleven and 'empanada nation' occupy the ground floor so the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Housekeeping were fast to supply extra towels when requested. Trip was kind enough to provide an extra 2 hours late check out 'package' for free but I forgot to confirm on check in so I emailed the front desk and they replied quickly confirming.

They Appartments are big and clean and have everything you need,clean everyday and the breakfast is amazing and you can choose alot of different dishes. If you want you can cook your own dinner in the kitchen,have a refrigerator. The location is perfect,when you go outside there are bars restaurants and clubs,7/11 everything is in 50 meters from the entrance,in the famous burgous area lots of things to do at night,but when you inside the room its quiet and you hear nothing from the party seen! Club Octopus 100 meters away
