From the minute we arrived we felt at home, and looked after. The staff are very welcoming and warm, helpful and happy. The location is idyllic, with amazing views from our chalet of the river and the area is very well kept and tidy. We did the full days experience which included; elephant care, feeding, caring, trekking through the jungle with them and bathing in the river. It was so much fun and the staff very happy and knowledgeable. With lots of good opportunities for photos. Good shoes for trekking and clothes you don't mind getting muddy is a must. After this we had a lovely afternoon with a bamboo rafting experience, a drive up into the mountains for a picnic by a local waterfall. The chalet was very spacious, clean and had great facilities, including what looked like a new aircon system. The restaurant area was a little small but we always found a seat, with amazing views to the river and others bathing elephants. The food was very tasty. We recommend you arrange your transfer with the resort in advance because Grab and Tuk-tuk do not go up that far up the mountains. If you purchase the full day experience your transfer both ways will be included.

I had the best time here at the resort and the most kind caring and helpful staff! They picked me up from the airport when I flew in at night and shared a lot of laughter! There is food you can order at the resort bar and make sure to bring cash as we were in a forest! I highly recommend this place and I hired a professional photographer if you are solo traveler to get that insta shot! Thank you to everyone here and I hope to come back in the future!

The hotel was not too far from home, and the accommodation was surrounded by mountains, which was very beautiful. The hotel staff's service was good, and the food was delicious. I think it would be nice to have dinner at the accommodation instead of going out. Except for the fact that the facilities were a bit old, and the bathroom was a bit inconvenient to use, I think it is the best accommodation for camping with family.
