I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

Belongs to a good hotel in the local area. The service staff is friendly and flexible, and early check-in is also allowed to check in. Originally, one of the more expensive ones in the local area was booked, waiting in the lobby for two hours, and rooms are not allowed to check in before 12:00. Cancel directly to this one. The location is very good, walking distance to the largest temple, there is a state-owned craft shop 300 meters near the hotel, the goods are rich and the price is conscience. Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.

Hotel Grand Sabarees is conveniently loacted with close proximity to the Railway station, good vegetarian restaurants and Meenakshi temple. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. The pricing is very reasonable. The staff are very courteous and try their best to help the guests feel comfortable. They even accommodated our request for an early check-in by an hour. The rooms are small and compact, nealy maintained and the bathrooms are also maintained very clean. Hot water is available 24 hours. Food from outside is allowed to be taken to the rooms - no in house restaurant is available - however, some good restaurants are available in close proximity. The railway station is walkable and so is the bus stand. We would prefer this stay when we travel to Madurai.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. Courteous staff of the restaurant bazaar and front office . Food is very good . Chef took care personally as I was with kids . 15 to 20 mins to temple . Closer to airport . Very clean and excellent customer service from every single staff member. All the staff were very helpful and assisted with our requests. Room service and breakfast buffet were also delicious and contained a very good variety of vegetarian options. Will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madurai, especially international guests.
