My family and I enjoyed this place. We loved the breakfast there. It had everything for everyone. It needs some maintenance. The door for the room and the bathroom were broken but then, they fixed them but overall the place needs some work. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel is quite convenient.

The breakfast is not bad. It is near to metro. It is also near to supermarket and restaurants.

I don’t understand why when I pay over 150€ for the night I cannot get a free bottle of water. How much does it cost? 15 cents? Yet I still gotta pay 2€ from the mini bar. This is not in line with the standing of the hotel. Except from this, great staff and kind attitude towards guests. Nice room and convenient location between Madrid centre and airport.

About the cleaning of the room, they didn't change any of the dirty towels and glasses, and they didn't clean the toilet, they only cleaned the beds. The behavior of the reception was not friendly at all

Room is way too cold. Due to first room malfunction of heater changed room but new room’s heater also does not work well. Cannot believe it is 4 stars. And key card everytime happen problem (I didn’t put together with my phone together) so had to go back to lobby anytime. stayed several hotels in Spain and this one was worst. 유럽여행중 머물럿던 호텔중 가장 최악. ヨーロッパ旅行中泊まったホテルの中で最悪だった。 欧洲旅游当中最恶心的酒店。 O pior hotel durante meus viagems na tudo Europa.

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent area of Madrid. Safe, clean and close to various restaurants and businesses. The restaurant was great, and prices were decent. Room was spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay again in the future.

Stayed for four days and everything was fine. It would be better if there could be some changes in breakfast!

In general, everything is in line with the rate. The rooms need a makeover, the rest equipment is comfortable, the carpet in the hallway needs to be changed first, as it detracts from the facilities. Everything was fine, the room was big and the service was good. The bathroom smelled of tobacco, they had been smoking, and they only left a toothbrush, a hat, and soap... For the rest, everything was fine, very quiet.

The orange juice for breakfast is freshly squeezed, which is great. You can order food in the restaurant and pay after eating, without charging the room bill. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which you pay when you leave the hotel.

The room is spacious and clean, the experience is very good, and the transportation to the city is very convenient. The only shortcoming is that there are no disposable slippers, but it does not affect the stay. The front desk staff is quite enthusiastic and the breakfast is quite rich

The room was spotlessly clean, not far from public transportation, the parking lot offers some free parking and there are usually spaces. The area around the hotel is safe, there are many Mercedes-Benz and BMW dealerships around, the service attitude of the service staff is excellent and sincere, highly recommended.
