Payed 80€ for a miserable room with old furniture, in a ugly part of Madrid (needed a room near the train station Chamartin). Couldn‘t sleep at all too because the room faced a busy road and the tuin windows provided no insulation whatsoever. This hotel needs a thorough renovation.

У нас произошла незапланированная ночёвка в Мадриде, когда наш рейс перенесли на следующий день. Из тех вариантов отелей, которые были в районе вокзала Chamartin, это был самый дешёвый вариант! В принципе, впечатления хорошие: приятный персонал, очень чистая и красивая ванная комната (в отелях 1-2* обычно туда зайти неприятно, но здесь было приятное исключение!), хорошая шумоизоляция (с закрытыми окнами), удобные кровати. Из того, что не понравилось. Очень странный дизайн комнаты - стены выкрашены в неприятный зелёный цвет, как в провинциальных больницах. Неудобные подушки - одна длинная подушка во всю ширину кровати на двух человек, первый раз такое вижу... Окна ночью не открыть, слишком шумно.

Hotel al lado de plaza Castilla,bien ubicado para recorrer Madrid,cerca de paradas de autobús y metro ó bajar Castellana abajo callejeando,tiene asadores cercanos y cafeterías para desayunar ya que no dispone de cafetería,tiene parking a buen precio.

Hotel cerca de plaza de Castilla, lejos del centro pero muy bien comunicado con éste por la L1 de metro...parking muy pequeño y estrecho, con entrada-salida por elevador...habitación con olor a tabaco pero por lo demás correcta, con cama-cama para la tercera persona. Ventanas de aislamiento, pero la calle Bravo Murillo es de mucho tráfico. Supermercados, bares y cafeterías alrededor...Hotel pasable, para dormir, sobra. Personal muy atento.Por tanto, correcto, sin mas.

Hotel obsoleto .....si vas por temas de trabajo como fue mi caso y quieres descansar ,va ser misión imposible . Las habitaciones exteriores que fue la que me tocó es como si durmieras en la calle .Las paredes de papel se escucha literalmente la conversación de la habitación contigua .....La limpieza es pasable !! La cama con colchón de muelles y almohada antiquísima larga para cama matrimonio. Tiene una gran falta de mantenimiento ....!! Es una pena !!porque la ubicación es buena

Cutre camas súper incómodas, personal de la limpieza las dos chicas muy maleducadas dando voces y haciendo un ruido horrible desde bien temprano o sin descansar, salí a decírselo y seguían igual a carcajadas y voces. No volveré .

Lo buenos es que el personal es demasiado amable y te acoge con amabilidad , no hay desayuno ni comida en el restaurante , lo malo es la habitación doble en vez de poner cortina que pongan una puerta para bloquear el ruido,el hotel está bien,quiero volver ☺️ lo nombró como mi hotel preferido
