Alpen Suite Hotel, una meravigliosa scoperta. Abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel a Campiglio prima di prenotare il nostro soggiorno invernale all'Alpen Suite Hotel. Nuova gestione, ambiente caloroso e accogliente. Servizio colazione ottimo, ricco e abbondante. Centro benessere curato ed ordinato. Camera ampia e spaziosa, oltre 45 mtq per 2 persone. Ottimo menù a la carte: piatti particolarmente curati, soprattutto nella preparazione Tre note di merito: - servizio navetta rapido e disponibile in ogni ora del giorno (più volte abbiamo chiesto spostamenti e ci hanno sempre accontentato) - massaggi: tra i migliori di sempre. Un esperienza totale - rapporto qualità prezzo. Non così comune nei 5 stelle Che dire, siamo stati davvero bene. Oltre le aspettative. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per qualche altro giorno di relax e benessere!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel that showed great potential but could benefit from some restructuring. My overall experience was pleasant, although there might be some areas for improvements. On the good side: 1) the location is very near the Pradalago ski facility and just a 10 minutes walk from downtown, 2) a garage where you can conveniently park your car, 3) a very pleasant staff and a pretty amazing wine list. Areas for improvements: I spent one night in a junior suite which was quite outdated and needed a restructuring and the following nights in a family suite which was better, but still when raining, had an infiltration from the roof (luckily the infiltration was located in the toilet). Internet wi-fi sometimes was not working properly. Last but not least, I had good expectations from the hotel restaurant which were not fully met. This was my 4th time in Madonna di Campiglio and I have always stayed in 4 star hotels. I deem that in this case more efforts are required to claim the fourth star.
