Staff verry helpfull and friendly, location near bus stop, come with free ride on the bus rute 10 with visitor card that hostel sent by email. Lucerne is the best when it comes to serve visitor. I wish in europe all the toilet will use bidet, because it will be clean and hygienic.

This hostel seem to have quite a few asian guests. The reception is not 24/7. It only has certain open hours. It may be quite inconvenient if you are arriving our of the reception hours. But this hostel is close to hiking starting point for Pilatus.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the kitchen is great, there’s no lift but there’s locker downstairs

Reached at 8+pm, receptionist ignore me even I standing infront of the counter. Washroom is dirty, it look like quite a long time didn't clean up. Worst ever hostel have been, not recommend.

Good hostel to stay at Luzern. Not too far from the central station. Room is clean and tidy. Small but good enough for 2 persons. Happy to get a free visitor card upon stay. Very polite staffs at the reception.

Such a lovely hostel and friendly staff . Very polite and have very clear instructions. And also gave transport card as well . Lovely , will definitely stay again when I come back to Lezern .

Nice Place to stay in on a budget… just make sure you reach only during reception working hours as you would not be able to check in til 4 pm when they are on break
