Travelodge Luton

The room was great,newly refurbished, everything was great,i had a good night sleep.The girl behind reception were great really helpful.The hotel is situated only 10 minutes away of the airport and city centre.Plenty parking spaces available

This is best service I ever have before in Travellodge. Receptionist so helpful and very nice. Thank you for stay! They give me a neew rooom and help that my stay gonna be good and enough comfortable. I definitely coming back next time to same hotel!

The best quality was so awful that I had to sleep on top of the blanket to not feel the springs. This didn't rectify the issue by much. Myself and my partner both came away from our nights stay with agonising back pain from the worst night's sleep ever.

I arrived just after mid night, really hard to see parking area as there were no lights and all the sign were dark or damaged. I struggled to find reception due to poor signs and due to the late arrival I had to ring an intercom to be let in (I didn’t mind this!). I had to wait for nearly 5mins, as a single female traveller outside at nearly 12.30am because nobody was answering the intercom. I tried to call the number and no answer, so kept trying the intercom. Whilst 5mins doesn’t feel a long time, for somebody waiting in the middle of the night with bags, alone and cold it is a long time and extremely poor service. When I was let in, the receptionist simply said oh I went upstairs and forgot to take the phone - not good enough. It was also very clear a lot of renovation was happening, painting etc,l and the restaurant was closed. Again not a problem with this however it wasn’t advised or explained when booking and so trying to navigate around wet paint and with a lack of services available it felt a poor customer experience. The worst part of my stay was that I had two males try to enter my room around 10.30am (assume staff or builders) but trying to change the glass in my windows - really not good and again a little scary given I was a solo female traveler! All in all really unpleasant stay and it will make me think twice about booking a travelodge again!

The room was hot no ac and the shower didn't ha e warm water just extreme hot or really cold and the building smells or paint but walls had wall paper hanging off

Hotel should be closed whilst undergoing maintenance. Got to this hotel and could not even stay for 10 minutes before booking another hotel

The hotel was good in all aspects, except that the room was far too hot for comfort. An extra fan was supplied but did little to lower the temperature.

Arrived late, car park not very well lit, with evidence of building renovations in progress. Allocated room hadn't been cleaned, returned to reception to request another room. Receptionist didn't initially believe me, but a clean room was reallocated. Noisy room as close to motorway. Building work commenced at 8am as the restaurant/bar area was dismantled. Lift in need of a clean and repairs to internal panels. Best to avoid at all costs.

The room and whole of upstairs was red hot, could barely breath up there and in the room. The food was diabolical. Waited nearly an hour for a microwave curry and burger and chips.
