From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the hotel exuded a modern and fresh style that promised a comfortable stay. The service was very good, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were promptly met during our 2-night stay.
The gym, though small, was nicely equipped with essential instruments, perfect for a quick workout session. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream offered in the hotel lobby—a sweet treat that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was nice as well blending a diversified Chinese style with Western elements, catering to a variety of tastes. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The hotel demonstrated excellent value for money, making us feel valued and well-cared for. We booked a twin room, which was quite big. The auntie cleaned the room well. The price of 290 was moderate for the summer vacation. The only problem was that the carpet looked old. It was hard to clean the carpet after long-term use. But the cleaning was good. So I still give it a good review. After all, it was good for the price and requirements.

The most impressive thing is the big umbrella on the roof, and the various decorations are very unique. The toothbrush is not disposable, but a Sanxiao toothbrush sold in the supermarket. The toothpaste is from Heimei. Although it is also in a small bottle, it is much larger than the ones in ordinary hotels. It is no problem to brush five or six times. The shower is also very easy to use, and the hot water comes out quickly and the water volume is large. The front desk service is also very good. When I left, I was given a Luoyang specialty snack, which is very thoughtful. The hotel also has a station delivery service, which sent us directly to the high-speed rail station when we left. The service is very thoughtful! The only regret is that although the TV is very large, you need to recharge VIP to watch movies, and you can't cast the screen. I don't know if this business can improve in the future. I personally think that there won't be many people who recharge, so it's better to let customers cast their own screens to increase customer favorability.

The hotel is very good, with hot springs directly into the room, and good privacy. The room is spacious. I originally booked a king-size bed room, but the hotel directly upgraded it to a suite, with a living room and two bathrooms. I accidentally discovered that the ceiling was a Bose speaker and two TVs. The hotel service is thoughtful. I forgot to bring my hairband, so I sent four of them, as well as biscuits and mineral water. One bottle of winery-grade red wine, Chinese medicine bath bags and flower petals, and a welcome fruit plate every day. A thoughtful restaurant.

The location is very good, right next to Lijingmen. Just across the street is the subway station. It takes ten minutes to walk to Yingtianmen. You can see heaven from the hotel. If your luggage is not heavy, you can take the subway directly to the hotel door. The waiters are very nice. They deliver fruits and snacks every day. They also help with tableware for breakfast. The recommended Laojie Shabu-shabu tripe is also delicious. Even if you don't have time to eat breakfast, it will be packed for you. You can also see Lijingmen from the small balcony in the house. There is a pick-up and drop-off service. Basically, if you have any problems, the front desk can provide solutions. I changed to four hotels in ten days after I came out. This one is perfect for the same price.

hotel owner and service people are very nice. They got washer machine onsite if you stay for a few days. they deliver the food to your room too. The location is close to the old city: across the street, around 5 min walking. Very nice hotel with advanced new tech electric panel. Right now, China gov. has rule: any hotels can accept the foreigners. They will scan your passports and send over to the gov. authority for backup. That is all.

CCulturalKeysThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

LLiVivianI really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here.
Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

MMTR NelsonI had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home.
The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family.
Without any hesitation, I would come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

JJingrushui325The environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant. It is next to Baiyuan and Xiangshan Temple, but you can't enter Xiangshan Temple. The sweet-scented osmanthus has bloomed these two days, and the fragrance is strong. The service is also very good 👍. The battery car can pick up and drop off Baiyuan at any time, and the swimming pool is also open. The tea room on the fourth floor has a distant view of the Longmen Grottoes, which is the first choice for visiting the Longmen Grottoes.

Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

巴巴黎beautyI absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse.
My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator.
That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

Although there was not much breakfast, it was clean and hygienic. The freshly made tofu soup made up for the regret of not having tofu soup.
There are residential areas 500 meters around, and many restaurants are open for locals to eat. The price is reasonable and the taste is good! It is suitable for friends to have a late-night snack!
If you drive to Luoyang, this hotel is a good choice. Parking is convenient and you can get on the elevated road when you go out. I just checked out the hotel in the city and changed to this one. Luoyang is good in everything, but the hotel prices increase during the tourist peak season. This hotel is okay, and the price and service are equal! The supporting room facilities are also good, and the facial cleanser is good to use. Give it a thumbs up

You can take a bus to the White Horse Temple the next day. It is very convenient. The hotel is clean and the price is not expensive. The bosses are very friendly. It has a high-end atmosphere and a classy atmosphere. The room is also large, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi are very powerful! The service attitude of the waiters was very good. It was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady was very meticulous and even gave me 2 extra bottles of mineral water. Although the hotel is old, it can be seen that the materials used are international brands and the quality of the products is still good. Overall it is a very cost-effective hotel! give it a like!
