First time in Luoyang! This hotel location is good, room spacious! Counter reception young lively and professional! Very impressive by their professionalism! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel! There is a good restaurant just beside…must try n only 2min walking distance! It was my first time to visit Luoyang. The hotel I chose was very cost-effective and the service staff were very friendly. The welcome fruits and snacks are very considerate. This room can also directly see the Luoyang attractions at night, which is great! I also really like the decoration style of the hotel. The room equipment is very new and clean. Half of the Luoyang travel experience comes from this hotel! Highly recommended!

The room was very clean. As soon as I entered, I felt like I was home. It was very warm and comfortable. The boss was very nice. The uncle was also great. He helped us find a parking space and carried our luggage. When he saw that we were a family of three, he even brought pillows for the children. The environment and location of the inn are quite good. When you go out, the whole street is full of Hanfu costumes. After checking out, the boss lady also gave me a gift, which was very thoughtful. In short, I was quite satisfied with this stay.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

There are welcome fruits^_^ and a round fan was given when we checked out. We were traveling from Xi'an and came to Luoyang to visit Longmen Grottoes at night. The words on the card were also very suitable for this trip. It was quite a coincidence. The hotel is relatively new and comfortable to stay in.

The metro is almost at the entrance to the hotel, a line with a high-speed train station. A 10-minute walk from the park and opposite it a large shopping center with a food court and a supermarket. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and towels. The common areas and furnishings are a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. Very spacious room, there is a wardrobe. Breakfast is good, but not very varied.

The area we are in is considered a new area, with a good surrounding environment, convenient transportation, and no traffic jams. The hotel is right next to Quanshun Shopping Center, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping (the hotel's own Chinese restaurant is also very good, and the environment is quiet). The newly opened hotel is clean and bright, with no decoration. After staying for three days (I didn’t dare to book more after reading online reviews at first, I only booked for the first day, but the room was suddenly full, and I almost couldn’t extend my stay). I was upgraded to a lake view room for free, with a wide view and a museum. If you wake up late for breakfast, you will have to queue up. If you have to go out in a hurry, you need to be careful.

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

The room is quite nice, in a modern style. There are voice assistants that can control curtains and lights. Although the hotel is not big, it is quite exquisite. The breakfast is much better than expected. Although there are not many varieties, they are all stir-fried dishes, and there is even sliced ​​beef, which is quite rare even in five-star hotels. When I left, I was given local specialties as a gift, which was quite good. It is considered one of the better hotels in the mid- to high-end range.

Before coming to Luoyang, I made a travel guide and chose Yishui Hotel. The staff called the welcome number in advance to inquire about the details of the needs. When I checked in at the hotel, the porter was very enthusiastic to deliver the luggage to the room and introduce the breakfast facilities. Especially Shasha and Xiaoshi were polite and smiling throughout the whole process. They helped us upgrade the room. The service was very good [strong] The hotel facilities and the hygiene of the room are very good. It was a very happy stay experience~
