It's only about 7 minutes away from the station, and it's easy to find. The front desk staff is nice. The room is well-equipped. There are many places to visit around, and the transportation is convenient

We just stayed one night and the staff made the stay pleasant. Room was clean, staff friendly and hospitable. We had to check out early for an excursion and they were ok for us to leave our bags in storage until we came back at the end of the day

Everything was excellent, if anything I would have liked to have the option of lower pillows in bed, they only had big ones.

Quiet at night to sleep, great location. Easy to get to from the airport even by bus. They arranged a taxi for me on the day i was flying out since it was early morning. the sauna & spa facility were really nice and so was the breakfast!

It is a confined space, no window or air exchanger, no able to sleep.
Small room, small as the japanese hotel.
Small washing room, I dont think anyone heavier than 90kg can take a shower there. I am 70kg and just fit.
Have no idea how come for the high rate.

When booking on the site there were photos of a normal room, and upon check-in we received a very close room without a window. Frustration. Why when choosing a room it was not indicated that a room without a window in the basement

Nice, clean hotel with very good breakfast. Paid parking garage was a bit confusing esp when leaving the garage, but overall a great stay.

Hotel was overall good. Reception personnel was friendly. It wasn’t perfectly clean. Breakfast was, broad choice for all tastes. Restaurant personnel wasn’t the nicest, judgemental and arrogant, which kind of ruined the evening, but food was great!

My room was very very badic and you could hear through the walls to the bext room. Felt like a funland ferry hut.
