伊水灣大酒店我記住你了！ 1.性價比高。 2.服務隊伍年輕化，服務熱情高，服務意識強。 3.酒店雖然不是五星但是能看得出來管理者對標的是五星級的標準。 4.餐標跨等級。雖然不能和五星級酒店去做比較，但是足見管理者之用心。 入住的兩個片段： 1.入住酒店的當天下午沒有安排，所以決定酒店門口轉一轉。出了酒店門擺弄了一下導航，又有點兒不踏實，一扭頭看見一個工作人員正在打電話，遂放棄上前詢問的動作轉而等待，可是此時工作人員已經發現情況立即發下手機，向我詢問是否需要幫助？在詢問結束後，我發現人家的手機竟然還在通話中，感動。 2.在酒店愜意住了兩晚之後，出發去了老君山，下山的途中得知有直接去洛陽的大巴，可是發車時間衹有半個小時，的行李卻在酒店的禮賓部。此時此刻抱着試一下的心態，衹能求助酒店前台可否往景區送一下我們的行李，沒成想酒店立即派帥帥的小夥駕駛專車直達景區幫我們解決了問題。關鍵是我要承擔費用時人家酒店禮貌性的拒絕，並祝我們一切順利。 綜上，我認為這是欒川最好的酒店，沒有之一。
