É o melhor hotel de Vinhedo. Mas devido às ampliações tem muito barulho. E estão cobrando caro demais as diárias. O café da manhã é excelente. A Recepção é ótima. Inclusive o Atendimento do Valdir. As atendentes do restaurante tbem são muito boas. O que realmente deixa a desejar é o barulho de obra e as portas dos quartos bem barulhentas na hora de fechar. Detalhe importante.

I stayed in Vinhedo area for 4 days to attend a wedding, and spend time with my Brazil friends. Staff at the hotel were very nice, and helpful. Room was perfect for my needs, food service above expectations.

We stayed a couple of nights in our way back home, clean, not luxurious, but comfortable. The hotel has a lot of amenities for kids (pool, tênis court, football pitch, etc.), the best part is the staff - they are VERY friendly from the reception to the restaurant, always kind and pleasant, really nice people working there.

O hotel está reformado e bem conservado. A comida servida no restaurante é muito saborosa e os preços justos. O atendimento é muito atencioso e gentil. Precisam atentar para uma melhor conservação para os brinquedos no salão de jogos e para a sauna molhada que não tem um bom odor, mas são detalhes, já que no geral a estadia bom agradável.

Piscina maravilhosa. Restaurante muito, muito caro! Dificuldade de achar restaurantes abertos ao redor. Restaurantes a abrem 12h e fecham as 14h. Café da manhã com muitas variedades, mas o que deveria estar quente estava frio!

Nao gostei da nova política de funcionamento do estabelecimento, ja havia ido antes nesse hotel e depois do chek-aut o hóspede poderia ficar nas áreas comuns. Agora só fica se pagar 70 reais por pessoa, achei um absurdo e tremendo desrespeito com os hóspedes. Nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel...Muito desagradável e decepcionante...
