Excellent sized clean and tidy apartment with balcony looking out over the pool. Friendly staff, great amenities, gym, shop, pool, tennis court, and plenty of space to lounge around in the sun. Short walk to the shops, bus station and beach.

Lovely hotel. The lady at the reception was nice. The room was spacious. We had sea and mountain views. Our room was on the end so our balcony wrapped around the side.

Very quiet place you can walk to the beach in five minutes you have the bus station very close so if you feel like it you can easily get around the island by bus. It has the advantage that being a bit far away it is very easy to rest and sleep without noise if you are looking for tranquility. As for the apartment, it is very spacious and clean and the terrace is very spacious and fantastic. The only negative thing that I would highlight is the possibility that at eight in the morning it is allowed to reserve the pool sunbeds with towels, being able to see them empty but obviously occupied for hours... They should put a little order in relation to this.

.For a start none of our room keys worked has to keep going down to get them fixed every day .Says “air conditioning” no such thing in this place celling fan in living room and one in bed room that did not work and had to go down and complain to get it fixed .Bugs everywhere bed floor tables sinks everywhere you can think, I had went to made a pot noddle and they where nested in the kettle .no sleep at all was not told until we got here that there would be construction that would cause “minimal noise” which it wasn’t, it was very loud the banging/drilling just constant noise from 5:30am onwards .none of the staff at the bar or shop are friendly and willing to help just so rude . Can’t get a cold drink till after 11:30 not even the children in a warm country where you need to be hydrated .on the 3rd day we had walked through our door to our room and a plank of wood with nails sticking out of it had failed from on top of the door frame and near had hit me as a pregnant woman on the head .none of the bins are changed around the pool area they are over filling and in this heat they smell stuff all down on the floor beside the bin cause there is no room .Also the staff poking through the bins to find the reusable cups .no entertainment for anyone not even the children, other guests had there wee speakers going nothing too loud where it was disturbing anyone else and they where told they had to turn them off .Food and alcoholic drinks in this place is terrible would not recommend at all

My wife and I stayed here for a week from 13th to 20th December 24. We have holidayed in Tenerife many times so know the area very well we had also stayed in this same hotel years ago so were aware that there was a hill leading up to it but fortunately we are both fit enough that this was not an issue. We had 4 friends holidaying at same time as us and as it turned out we all had rooms in one of the 3 blocks surrounding the pool, Blocks A, B and C. All of our rooms balconies were pool facing, ours in Block A had its entrance door at the rear overlooking where there is construction work being undertaken. A warning email had been received prior to arriving regarding this work and potential for disruption, whilst we were there however there was no work done at all, no noise and in fact there was not even any heavy machinery on the site so no issue at all. We were in Los Cris a few months ago when the clearing work was being done and to be honest it was not an issue, albeit our apartment then was down the hill a bit from this hotel. On approaching the hotel you can see there has been work done to it, it is recently painted and other refurb work done. The receptionist was a really nice young guy, pleasant and professional who gave us directions to room and info on rest of hotel Room was really nice, recently renovated, spacious, bright , well equipped and a really comfortable bed. TV reception was good with several UK channels available. Pool was nice although it was very windy the week we were there so there were a few days it was closed off. Pool area was spotless and the pool bar area was lovely. This area also had a small interior dining room that was being used to serve the breakfast/lunch for those that had booked for it. We were self catering so I cannot comment on the breakfasts etc. The bar served some lovely dishes, the burger and chips we had several times were huge and really tasty. The bar man was really nice, easy to talk to and pleasant at all times. The bar also had some good drink offers on, 5 bottles of Dorado for 12 Euros, cocktail of the day for 5 Euros and others, we were happy to sit in the bar on a few occasions. They also had a young animations guy with several activities on offer, he was good fun and spoke to everyone. On one of the windier days we walked to the rear of the hotel and there is a huge area with sunbeds, chairs, tables and a gazebo that were sheltered from the wind. There were also some large round sunbeds available so this was great for us all to sit and relax at. I mentioned previously about there being a hill leading up to hotel, since our last stay there are now a few gates at the rear of the building which can be reached by a new path and this is way less hilly than the main road pathway so worth looking out for. It is a ten minute walk from the hotel to the Mirador strip that has a great selection of pubs, restaurants and entertainment, The Hoops Bar, Dylans, Bojangles, Happy Days, Chicagos, The Vault a

Not somewhere k would ever want to stay again. It is shabby, and on the surface looks relatively clean but the tables is mucky and sticky on the edges. The area is run down and the place smells of antiseptic. The sheets are old and stained and it is very noisy from other apartments. Very disappointed for the price.

Typing this after reading the most recent reviews. Certainly no bed bugs or noise during our visit. 🤷‍♂️ Returned yesterday from the Los Alisios. A second stay after previously visiting 2 years ago. Rooms are huge, immaculate and regularly cleaned. WiFi is excellent with multiple devices able to be connected and a quick download speed if required. A clean pool area with good size pool and splash park at the other side of the hotel. Pool was warm enough for swimming every day, even in December! Excellent location. Close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. For live sport, good beer and food, Taylors and Dylans are a must visit. If wising to venture further, Las Americas is a 40 minute walk or 6/7 euro taxi. Overall, a good value for money hotel. Full of likeminded, happy British Tourists having a great time. We will be back. 👍

Went to the hotel through a Jet 2 package knowing that zit would of been vetted and ok for the money. We got that wrong, on day 2 we started to see bites on us and thought these were mosquitoes. The following morning I saw a bug on out sheet and when I went to move it, the thing exploded with a blood stain on the sheet. I've never seen bed bugs before, so didn't think much of it. We continued to get get bit and still thought it was from mosquitoes. It was only when we got home and spoke to a family member they suggested it could be bed bugs. I typed bed bugs into the search on trip advisor for the hotel and there is 10 plus. Why oh why are JET2 letting holiday makers stay at this hotel. We've arrived home, itching and completely freaked out that we've brought back eggs or bugs with us. We're not sleeping, and this is no exaggeration. We're not looking for anything from jet2 other than check hotels it sends hard working families to. Don't risk it. I can take dirt, unfriendly staff etc. But the thought of contaminating your own home with the bed bugs is not even worth risking. Never have I ever experienced anything like this.
