房間很大，隔音不太好，走廊有小孩吵鬧，電梯間還有人抽煙。衞生比較乾淨，小度也很智能，早餐很豐富，吃的不錯。

環境優美，出行便利，靠近城市中心，靠近高鐵站，店裡的裝修風格簡約時尚，乾淨整潔，又帶點小特色，很適合拍照，是體驗最好的一家酒店了，氛圍很好，吃喝玩樂非常便利，真是太適合我了!大堂有自助水吧枱，檸檬水，紅茶，咖啡，蜂蜜，小零食，多種選擇，放的音樂也很不錯，讓人心情非常好!房間佈局合理，方便辦公，淋浴花灑很給力，店內整體環境非常非常非常贊，下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店很新，也很乾凈，位置優越，停車方便，服務態度熱情，我們自己訂的時候沒有注意看是否含早餐，前台小姐姐熱心的贈送了早點，讓我們體驗一下星程的特色麪條，味道確實不錯👍大廳和走廊香氣撲鼻，不刺鼻，很舒適，問了小姐姐説是風信子的香氛，星程酒店特色的香氣。房間寬敞明亮，進門後會有小度機器人温馨的歡迎語，用來控制燈光，空調，窗簾，不要太爽！！！暖色調燈光温暖舒適，洗浴用品，水温水速都深得我心，半夜點了外賣，機器人也很快送達房間，快樂的一次入住體驗，啊哈哈哈哈～

服務態度非常好，當天天氣很冷，辦理入住時，前台小姐姐給我們倒了熱茶，很暖心!房間風格簡約大氣，床品柔暖舒適，空調升温也很快，智能客控，可以説是懶人福音了，haaaaaaa～個人很喜歡洗護用品，香味不會膩，一整個乾淨清爽，總之各種滿意！詢問前台小姐姐周邊的美食和景點，小姐姐也是一一解答，熱情推薦，很有耐心！為酒店的工作人員點贊！商務出差，外出旅遊，選這家酒店不會錯！！！
