The Adria

The Adria is a beautiful hotel in an incredible location. It is steps away from the museums, restaurants and shops. Located on a quiet street in Kensington, there is no better option. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and beautifully kept. Its decorations are contemporary yet it exudes a classicism that feels so welcoming. Above all, the staff is spectacular and their attention to detail is outstanding. We brought our two kids (ages 4 and 2) and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. This was our second time and we will be back again. The Adria has become a home away from home for us and we feel so lucky to have found it! Book the room, you won’t regret it!

I booked afternoon tea here for the first time and I have to say it's one, if not the best afternoon tea I've had in London (and I used to be a pastry chef). My friend was picking out her wedding dress and I booked this in between our 2 appointments and it was the perfect treat for her special day. They offered a tea menu where there were small pots in which you could smell what each tea is like which I've never seen before. The sandwiches were all beautiful and fresh, and the cakes, scones and patisseries were simply faultless. We were offered prosecco to go with her special day and even after paying the bill, we were offered bottles of water for the rest of our day. Incredible service and I have recommended to many already. Keep up the fabulous work!

We were met and taken to one of the lounges for a quick coffee & water whilst checkin was completed, then shown a tour of the hotel facilities before being taken to our room (luggage was already there). Very friendly service with nice breakfast and spotless throughout the hotel. Only minor issue was how long it took for shower to get hot on 3rd floor, otherwise a very nice stay. The room was quiet and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

Stayed Saturday 22nd September for 1 night in the Crochet room which was on the fourth floor. The room was stylish and clean with everything you would need for your stay. Staff and manger accommodated my request for a pot of coffee rather than the pods we all seem to be having these days. We had an issue but this was quickly acted on and all though not resolved we left happy and felt that the team did an amazing job. It is like home from home. Overall I would return again and would highly recommend to others visiting London. 5 stars ✨✨✨✨✨

We really enjoyed staying at The Adria. It is the equivalent of staying in a beautiful home with access to beautiful spaces for work and relaxation. The rooms and spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Perhaps the only down side is that there is no restaurant in the hotel, but they do order meals from nearby restaurant and set them up nicely for you in the dining room. It was overall a very pleasant stay.

We just returned from a 5 night stay in London at this beautiful property! As others have mentioned,it is in a beautiful townhouse ,and it is more like staying in a beautiful home then a hotel. There are many stunningly decorated rooms in which you can relax after a day of exploring. The rooms are large and bright with high end linens and very comfortable beds! Location is excellent,many restaurants,shops and tube stations within easy walking distance. The south Kensington neighborhood is very charming. The staff was my favorite part of the Adria! Always available for anything you need,warm,friendly and helpful! There is no restaurant or dedicated bar. They have a breakfast room where a well thought out and delicious breakfast menu is offered. There is coffee,tea and wine available anytime ,to be enjoyed in your room or in the many first floor sitting areas. I would have enjoyed a bar and restaurant ,but knew going that it did not have one. I did want a martini one evening,so I walked across the street to the Kbar( in the Kensington Hotel), and they have a lovely cocktail bar! The only thing I would have preferred,is a key to get into the entrance. You have to ring the buzzer and wait for someone to come open it every time you return to the hotel. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful hotel!! Cheers and happy travels❤️

A fantastic stay from start to finish! Beautiful furnishings in the room, lounge area and dining areas. Smart & Inviting! Staff were excellent and were very attentive to all needs. They delivered service with a smile and were highly commendable with their greetings when you would leave and return to the hotel. Breakfast was delivered and presented in a very high standard. Overall, an enjoyable stay I will be back!

We booked our room through Priceline and had to cancel the day before our arrival. They wouldn’t refund any amount of our money because they said Priceline never paid them. It took us over a year with the help of a State Senator and Priceline’s lobbyist to find that The Adria did in fact get paid by Priceline and now refuse to refund us. They lied then and are lying now. The Adria are crooks. Stay away from this hotel. I will now work diligently to extract the $9000 they owe me by every avenue of Social media disgrace. They will pay for this.
