Hotel was very cozy. I stayed in the studio room and the layout was so comfortable. The bathtub and shower area is very deep and spacious. Everything has a luxury design feel to it, which is worth every penny I spent. Bath products were also absolutely amazing, staff were quick to refill anything missing.
The services were good. Room service made a few errors and the TV didn’t function properly, but I was quickly reassured by their manager for a fix and reasonable compensation. The attitude is very welcoming. Overall a very comfortable stay and an excellent experience.

3rd visit here and we weren’t disappointed, from start to finish everything was 10/10 We’d booked a great value £399 deal for 2 nights and complimentary meal at any of their restaurants (exc Angler) On arrival we were upgraded to a lovely suite and given a welcome drink Breakfast was very good and service was brilliant We look forward to returning soon

Beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing, we turned up slightly earlier than planned and we only had to wait 15 minutes and the room was ready, also as it was my birthday they put balloons and a birthday card in the room also it was lovey The room is spacious and very modern, and a great shower The breakfast the next morning was lovely and the choices were good on the menu Overall an amazing experience

We arrived early and was met by the friendliest of staff we had travelled down to London from the North and was told that we could leave our luggage with them whilst we enjoyed London, we was even given a map to assist us on our journey. I got a text message a little while later to say that our room was ready and our luggage had been sent up in advance. A wonderful surprise was waiting for us when we got to our room. A bottle of bubbly and a birthday card. This hotel certainly makes you feel special and they can't assist you enough. Beautiful room, fantastic bar and terrace finished off with a satisfying breakfast. They even let us leave our bags after checkout so we wasn't carrying them around all day before travelling home. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again x

I really can’t fault this hotel. It is such good value for money and really is 5*. Little touches such as the note when we had pressed the door do not disturb button by accident (that could have resulted in us not getting fresh towels and the bed made), the extra visits from housekeeping to check everything, the pillow menu, the complimentary newspapers and other gifts … I could go on. However, the excellent concierge and check in staff deserve special mention. We had drinks at the rooftop terrace, the bar and outside. All the service was excellent. Complimentary nuts and olives on the rooftop and such a warm welcome from the lady serving there. Then there was breakfast. Quite simply, some of the best breakfasts I have had anywhere in the world. Reminded me what five star really is like. Wonderful.

We recently went to London to celebrate my wife’s birthday & chose the South Place hotel. I’d informed the hotel that it was my wife’s birthday & on checking in the lady on reception greeted my wife with Happy Birthday & said we could have free cocktails to celebrate & found in our room a birthday card from the hotel. The staff were very helpful & friendly in every way. The hotel is two minutes away from Liverpool Street station which has both overground & underground trains. It’s on good bus routes which as myself & my wife are of a certain age have bus passes so were able to get around London for free as well as seeing the sights of London at the same time. We had included in our booking breakfast which was excellent, plenty of choice which was cooked to order so was served piping hot, we have stayed in quite a lot of different hotels where food has been pre cooked & is not as hot as it should be. We would really recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Two nights in a dream room. Perfect mattress, marble bathroom and chic decor, everything you need to feel good. The welcome was worthy of a 5-star hotel. And the breakfasts were copious and excellent. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and elegance.
