Amazing beautiful hotel with excelent service and perfect bedding.

Beautiful boutique 5 star hotel, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Booked the Senior Classroom which was perfect for my niece and I staying at this fantastic find! When I opened the door to our hotel room my niece and I were so impressed with the room that we booked. It was my niece’s birthday and the lovely staff left a surprise chocolate birthday cake. The Senior Classroom was amazing, very elegant great bathroom/shower and super clean! The free mini bar (bottled soft drinks) and snacks was a nice touch & much welcomed. Close to Tower Bridge, 10 minutes walk to Borough Market. Not far and also close proximity to the railway/tube and an abundance of fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars. We will definitely highly recommend The Lalit and stay here again.

Great location between London Bridge, Tower Bridge and the riverside. Staff were helpful and pleasant, and the room decor and its servicing was of a high standard. Didn’t use the spa facilities on this occasion but will definitely do so on our next visit.

The facilities in the room are not the best quality products. Normal maintenance needs improvement.

The Lalit hotel was perfectly located for my visit to the Bridge Theatre-just a 3 minute level walk away. There is a walkway leading on to Tower Bridge with many restaurants and bars right next to the hotel. It is a beautiful period building , a former grammar school, which has been thoughtfully renovated keeping both its old school features and incorporating some stunning Indian architectural details. The dining room is particularly stunning, as is the Indian hot breakfast option that I enjoyed there. I stayed in a cosy classroom double room.It is one of the smallest rooms but perfectly sufficient for my needs as a solo traveller. There were nice additional touches in the room such as a bathrobe, complimentary soft drinks and crisps and biscuits plus a nespresso coffee machine. There was also a Japanese style bidet toilet and lots of complimentary toiletries. All of these items contributed to a really luxury stay and a feeling of being pampered as a guest of the Lalit. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. My bed and bedding were very comfortable and of a high quality with luxurious pillows offering a choice of firmness-a nice touch. Considering the hotels location, right near Tower Bridge in a busy area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful with no noise from outside and I slept really well. I would definitely recommend the Lalit hotel. It was luxurious while being good value and perfectly located. I look forward to returning!

Stayed at the hotel for the big half marathon the next day. Perfect location. Was able to jump on the tube nearby to go see a show and the food was amazing in the restaurant. Very knowledgeable staff. Also to top it off when I came back after the race even though we had checked out they let me use the gym changing rooms to get a shower and change clothes. The staff could not do more for us.

A lovely hotel with excellent staff in a fantastic location. The concierge was brilliant, very attentive. He kept an eye out for the guests at all time, almost like he had catered to your needs before you even knew what you wanted! The breakfast was really nice. I was tempted by the Indian breakfast but had to try to full English after reading reviews mentioning how nice it was, it did not disappoint. I would definitely have the Indian breakfast if I had the opportunity to stay again. The room was well maintained, every little detail was thought of. The location is great, just round the corner from tower bridge and an easy walk to London Bridge station. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Great Indian breakfast and high tea. Amazing cocktails. V convenient for nearby attractions including shard and tower bridge.

A fantastic hotel offering a luxury stay. I was happily surprised by the opulence and space in the room (junior classroom). The hotel is close to all amenities.
