The location is in the heart of London. It is very convenient for dining and shopping attractions. It is also very close to Chinatown, but the decoration of the facilities is too old!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in London breakfasts was amazing they will cook you an omelette great location well worth the money would stay there again even have sky staff very friendly

WORST HOTEL!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
My issues were:
No working TV throughout the duration of my stay. Reported to reception, but no one ever came to fix it.
Air conditioning/ heating not working properly. Reported to reception, no one came to fix it! Had to open the window to regulate the temperature in the room, as it was extremely hot! Window only opened 1 inch, which did jot help. Plus, all the noise from outside. Resulting in both my husband and myself not being able to sleep all night.
No shower gel/soap to have a shower. Again, Reported to reception, nothing was done about it. My husband had to go to the shop, and buy soap. So that we could have a shower.
This hotel is advertised as 5 star, that's the reason I chose it! For £278, I expected to be able to have a shower and get a good night's sleep, for the least!

The history of this building is fascinating. Its proximity to The London Palladium is second to none. Liberty is just opposite, Carnaby Street and Regent Street with theirdesigner shops and Soho eateries is within easy walking distance. Superb location.

The decor is dated, the room either freezing or too hot, the water in the shower was not a consistent temperature - flitting between too hot and mild - and the staff lacking in customer service / borderline unhelpful. The breakfast is massively overpriced - costs unclear and then every variation (cappucino instead of flask coffee) is extra cost. Only made clear once you’ve had it. And the suite says it can sleep 3 but what that means is double bed plus a put-me-up for one person.

Hotel was reasonably nice, conveniently situated for our stay, but the room was certainly not in keeping with what i would expect of 5 star hotel.. Long hairs all over the bathroom, stained carpets, TV impossible to operate, grimey mugs and glasses to name a few things.

The facilities and staff in this hotel are very good. Everything is as I would expect for any hotel - nothing particularly out of the ordinary - the price tag is reflective of the excellent location

My flight to London was cancelled at last minute . I paid for my stay in advance . Hotel would not refund my payment .

We arrived at 4.30pm and I wanted to have a nice hot bath before going out for the evening. There was no hot water. So I had to go out without. i spoke to the hotel manage who informed me that it wasn't the fault of the hotel but there was a boiler issue. I pointed out it wasn't my fault either and it is certainly a necessity for a hotel to provide basic services. This did not go down well. I am still awaiting compensation from the hotel.
Also the room, although nicely decorated, could have been even nicer - the net curtain was filthy and that is an easy fix and also it could have done with a nice sofa.
It was however very noisy - and at 4 am we woke to the sound of workman outside emptying bottles.
So no sleep and no hot water although I have to say hot water was fine in the morning but that did not help me for the evening.
I would not stay there again.
