Given the pictures on Expedia/Hotels.com, I was expecting a very tidy, clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately... The general state of the property was terrible, for example: There are loose door handles The walls are mouldy and stained The mattresses are ruined and cause back pain There was a broken lightbulb in the bedroom The walls & floors are badly marked and damaged There are pieces missing from the bathroom taps The kitchen sink had no plug The sofas were creaky The TV remote was broken The property was filthy. I observed: Dirty/marked walls Dirty/marked floors Stains and grime up the front door Dirty/greasy windows Dirty glassware with orange gunk on the rim Dirty bath plug hole, with rotting human hair Yellow grime along the rim of the bath panel Dirty, white stains on the sofa Stale bread crust and confectionary on the balcony Yellow grime (presumably this was once milk) in the fridge door Dirty bedside table surfaces Spare yourself the misery
