cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week.
The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street.
the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable

The room is quite big, a 28-inch suitcase can be fully spread out, there is a desk, and a single sofa, it feels more spacious than another hotel of the same price. The windows are double-layered, and the room facing the street can't hear any sound. The bathroom is also quite big, it is a hotel I am very satisfied with.

Excellent location for travelling around London. Bedroom felt like a prison cell due to lack of natural light it only had one window approximately 9 inches wide that ran from floor to ceiling but located on the side of the wall. Requested a twin room but was given a room with 1 large bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was well past its use-by date absolutely no support in it for an adult to sleep on. Thank goodness we only booked for 2 nights Staff on reception are fantastic. Skip the hot breakfast it’s diabolical but the evening meal was good
