A tranquility in the forest

The service was very poor. I had already paid a deposit when I checked in, but the cardholder was debited at will in the middle of the night without the cardholder's knowledge. I communicated with them through Ctrip on the first day and promised not to do anything similar again the next day. The same thing still happened.
