Liverpool, a city that is so beautiful when the weather is fine. When I first arrived at the hotel, because the decoration was outside, the name of the hotel was too small. My son and I didnât see the hotel in front of you. Then I turned around a big circle and found that I found the right place for the first time. The facilities are good. The room on the fourth floor where we live, even if the decoration does not affect the view, the lower floors are not clear. Hotel location is very good, go to the museum, go to the train station are very close, anyway, we stayed for two days, no car đ good experience đ

Excellent location to visit all points of interest. The continental buffet breakfast is good. The negative thing is that they don't make your room for you and that the internet connection is terrible, if you want wifi you have 30 minutes a day for free, otherwise you have to pay 3 pounds a day.
The Ropewalks Hotel, Best Western Premier Collection is surrounded by a lively and eclectic mix of independent restaurants and shops and exciting bars, cocktail joints, music and arts venues. Just beyond (in a comfortable walking distance through the Liverpool One shopping area - with flagship department stores and smaller favorites) is the river Mersey where youâll explore the cityâs cultural and heritage sites, the famous ferry, the Albert Dock, MS Arena and the iconic Three Graces. The Ropewalks area is a fascinating central location, given its name from the many roperie streets â long and straight for the craft of rope making. A testament to the 19th century Liverpool heyday of maritime greatness. With 102 listed buildings Ropewalks is a handsome mixture of merchant houses, counting houses, and warehouses where breweries, timber yards, cooperages, potteries, foundries, sugar refining, and roperies flourished.

We stayed for a night and opted for the breakfast. The check-in and stay were hassle free and we enjoyed the room. Bed was comfy, toilet and bathroom just nice. The same cannot be said for the breakfast, which was late in setting up (after 7am). It was only ready around 720am which was late for us as we had a train to catch.

Brilliant location, right in the centre. The staff were brill - checked in early and left luggage- when we returned the room wasnât ready so ordered a wine which came at the same time as our room became available so the staff took it to our room and bags for us. Had a junior suite which was perfect for a family . Complimentary drinks went down a treat pre evening meal. Were booked into the Resident in Covent Garden later this week so hopefully they will be as amazing as the team in Liverpool

This is an old grand hotel. Great location an easy walk to many popular destinations. The room is huge with high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. Please know that this hotel is huge and you literally have to walk around the halls to find an elevator. The furniture in the rooms needs some updating and the flooring in front of the elevators on each floor desperately needs renovation but this property overall is a good value.

Great location for tourist attractions and conference/concert centres. The breakfast was varied with hot and cold continental breakfasts unlike Hampton by Hilton next door. I preferred here. Road noise was not a problem here. You can catch a bus from the Liverpool One bus station to Lime Street railway station and elsewhere. For new arrivals I would recommend a taxi from Lime Street station if you are not familiar with the streets and for some reason the buses appear not to pick up from near the station!

If you want to conquer Downtown Liverpool by foot this Hotel is your perfect base camp. Located on Mount Pleasant the is a sight to reach whithin walking distance in all directions. The rooms are kept simple, but have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and although most of the guests are young travellers it is a quiet place, so you can have a good nights rest after your days on the streets of Liverpool. You should definitely start your day with a breakfast in the very uniquely furnished Restaurant/Bar. You'll be greeted by the most lovely Denise, who will fulfill your every wish. And while enjoying your coffee and planning your day you should ask her about the poins of interest wihtin the city. She may also provide some interesting facts about the histoy of the building you are staying at... you'll be surprised.
Location couldn't be better. Hotel is basic but serviceable, but I wish they had spent a little more on interiors for the beautiful building and interiors. You are in a world-heritage site but the room furnishings are basic roadside motel quality. It was particularly funny that the room itself was very large - with a basic double bed perched in one corner - there as room for a super king, which would look better and be nicer and only cost a tiny bit more. Bathroom was basic but fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts are small and slow, but I suspect that's a limitation of the space available and rules about listed buildings. But you stay here for the location and we were very pleased with that. TIP - don't bother parking at Liverpool ONE which is a hike away. Pay and display parking right at Albert Dock is essentially the same price and way more convenient

Good location, easy to find and free parking. Lovely staff. Nice and clean hotel and room. The size on the room was good, but the bathroom was terrible. The bathroom was like a big plastic box which was put in the room. When I used the shower, the whole room became wet. You could nok take showerhead down, it was mounted in the ceiling. The toilet ring did not stay up itself. There was no pegs for towels. The room does not have a fridge or minibar. I would not recommend to stay here longer than one night.

GGuest Userwe came back from an event approx midnight. asked for 2 glasses of red wine at the bar. staff member offered us a number of bottles . we picked one, she opened it. then the duty manager turned up and said that this wine wasnât available by the glass only by the bottle. ( which was ÂŁ55) we explained that we were offered this option by the bar staff but he still said no. bar staff then had to put the cork back in the bottle. we asked how they could do that when it could only bought by the bottle and no customer would buy a bottle of wine that had already been opened. no change. out of courtesy to the bar staff we agreed to pick another red wine. turns out they only had one glass left of that one and no spares . therefore we ended up with our 3rd choice option. this all took 45mns from order to serve. some of the worst hotel service we have ever had.
GGuest UserA lot of the time you will call a receptionist and get the same over used explanation and non answer when you are going to stay at a hotel, You have a list of questions and want your stay to be the best it can be. This treatment often gives you an opinion that can colours your stay. But rest assured, if you talk to Sally at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, that will not be the case. I was extremely impressed when I called on Tuesday 04.10.22. I asked Sally a series of questions that helped me feel good about my stay and even though she said she was new , she found answers to all my questions. Helpful, through and efficient. Thank you Titanic Hotel Liverpool, you have a real asset in that staff member . Thank you Sally , I really look forward to my stay now.
GGiani DeClean hotel and accessible to centre. If youâre going to book for Rooftop make sure itâs suite room as the double room wasnât that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 heâs approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if youâre in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and thatâs the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest itâs better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist whoâs on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasnât that nice. itâs 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us howâs our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business itâs just my opinion Halyard so I think itâs better to inform them.
GGuest UserChecked out this morning as I had an appointment at Liverpool Hospital, beds were very comfy and the Hotel was very welcoming, lovely fish aquarium in the lobby which was very fitting with the theme. Breakfast was great with very lovely food and lovely wait staff, in particular a lovely tall brown haired girl, I forgot to ask her name, stood and had a conversation with me then gave me directions to the hotel and offered to call my taxi for me. Would recommend to any weary travellers looking for a good nights sleep and a lovely cooked breakfast.
æ±Șæ±ȘThe staff are very enthusiastic and feel that Liverpool's service industry is just so good. Outside restaurants, sightseeing buses, museums and other staff are particularly enthusiastic. This hotel pays for breakfast by yourself. Guests staying in the hotel will get a 20% discount, 8 pounds. It is the first time for a child to eat English breakfast, which is very novel and leaves a good impression. The room in this hotel is very big. I have four people with one bed per person. The room is very big, except for the bed.
KKerriBooked this for a girls weekend. 6 of us in total. Staff were lovely & friendly. Room was clean. Location was amazing 4minute walk to Matthew street.
Would definitely recommend & book again.
GGuest UserCity Studios, Rodney Street, is an excellent location in Liverpool - easily accessible for cultural and city attractions. The system for gaining access to the property worked well, in that the access codes came in good time and were fairly easy to use. The studio was lovely and warm, comfortable and clean, with good kitchen facilities. The only thing wrong was that the shower didn't work, although there was plenty of hot water. As we were only staying one night, we didn't ask for help with this, as we only found out quite late in the evening. If we'd been staying longer, we would have contacted the help number, and I'm sure something would have been done about it. We would use this venue again.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a little break for me & my husband (we are both middle aged). I picked it for location & price. They were both spot on, but I didn't check that it was right in the heart of club land, so we didn't get any sleep from the noise from bars, clubs & party goers. So great for the money, if you want to be out there partying, but not so good when you're older. Upon check out, I mentioned the noise to the receptionist, who told me that I should have requested a quieter room, which I would have done, had I have know that they had them! So upon reflection a) the hotel needs to point out that there are quiet rooms available & b) I'll definately be doing a thorough research on any future city break hotels.
VVadim ZahharovPlace was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short.
As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so Iâll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen youâll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, Iâm not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Havenât seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good.
Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and youâll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I havenât seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didnât need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well.
Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.
