Hotels near Roethlisberger Park, Littleton

Our trip was for a 3 night stay in Highlands Ranch, CO from NJ for a family event. We arrived at 1:20pm tired and hungry, and asked if we could check in early. Room not ready (understandable as a lot of places in the service industry are short handed) but, ok, we will go find somewhere to eat. Front desk attendant was helpful in that aspect. We returned at 2:40 and still not ready. We waited in the lobby for an HOUR and 15 minutes to FINALLY get our room! That was close to an hour and 1/2 PAST the check in time. While waiting I was looking up other places in the area to stay but to no avail as there were events in the area that sold out local hotels. The front desk staff were very substandard for a Hilton. Very unprofessional and my sister and I said our trip would have been paid for in full if we had a dollar for every time they said,”I’m sorry or I apologize” to, not only us, but to other guests, we could over hear while we waited over an hour to check in. Also, “ I will have to ask my manager but he/she isn’t here.” We heard that one a few times during our stay and passing by the desk. I don’t know that a manager was ever present. After 2 confrontations with the front desk we finally were able to check in. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites in other states and none of them were as bad as this one! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (pillows were a little too soft for my liking). HOWEVER…the bed had a top sheet, a thin blanket(what I thought it was) and a bedspread. After the first night I realized what I thought was a thin blanket was actually a DUST RUFFLE between the top sheet and the bed spread!! (Picture attached) Who uses a dust ruffle as a blanket??!! When we pulled out the couch bed we could not locate the bedding for it. After a trip to the front desk and asking a very rude young woman (spoke to me like I was a 5 yr old) where the bedding is located I returned to make the bed. They give you a fitted sheet, a top sheet, a thin cotton blanket, and NO pillow cases! The bathroom was fine and no problems with the shower but don’t expect any room cleaning service or fresh towels! We had to go to the incompetent front desk staff again and ask for towels and more toilet paper. The breakfast is still using Covid precautions with no hot food other than Oatmeal packets and individually wrapped breakfast sandwiches that you have to heat up in the VERY DATED microwave. The fruit was bananas and oranges and if you didn’t get there before 7:30 you weren’t getting any fruit! We managed through our 3 night stay but we will not return to this one again. The hotel is in a great location but that is really all it had going for it in my opinion!

An Excellent stay it was indeed for me! The accommodations are some of the best I have ever had the privilege to enjoy on kinda short notice, it seemed at the time. My Suite was designed nearly Excellently....I just Loved it!! You can do as you will discreetly....much like being in the comforts of your own dream home, it seems! Being in the middle of demographic changes like I am, this site property premises become a most welcome discovery for me in such a great location, with local venue options in near perfect location to these suites! This being the case with future job obligations rising accordingly. Such terrific dining service, Excellent food for a daily meal! I felt very much at home for a change, rather than just typical lodging facility. Just all-around Excellent Service by an Excellent Staff!! Thank You All So Much for now!! My arrival and check in was apparently a sign of things to come for my week long stay at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 4:15 pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. I asked if there was another king room available and was told no. Since it was a king room I said I would wait, but was then told it’s not available. What do you mean it’s not available? She said it’s”just not”. Ok. then can I get a room away from the interstate and elevator. No problem she said since the hotel doesn’t have an elevator you don’t have to worry about the noise. I get assigned a room on the second floor at the north end of the hotel right next to the interstate- so I turn on the AC to drown out the noise. It’s old, dirty and squeaky. Also with bad knees and luggage. Seriously second floor? No other rooms are available but I can checked back the next day and move rooms. That’s a huge inconvenience. No thank you. This hotel seems like no one’s really cares about it or managing it. The customer service is disappointing, the hallways were never vacuumed during my week long stay, there was no service to the rooms so you have to hunt down a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper or walk down the hallway, flights of steps, down another hallway to the front desk. And good luck trying to find someone there. The front desk staff are seldom attending the front desk, and if a guest needs something they have to yell to the back room to get someone’s attention. The one gal was extremely rude on two different occasions as tho we were a bother to her. I spoke to Sean about this and he said he would add 20,000 points to my Marriott BonVoy account and apologized on her behalf. No points have yet been added. There’s no working elevator, there’s no shuttle or restaurants within walking distance and their bistro has very limited hours so there are no options for meals unless you pay for an Uber or Lyft - which are expensive in the Lakewood area. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, basically they’ve installed new carpet and drapes. I had to switch rooms because of the old, noisy AC unit in my first room, the rooms remain dark with minimal lighting, no upgrade to the bathroom or fixtures except the tile floor. Not the quality or service a guest excepts of a Marriott hotel.

We stayed here after a concert at Red Rocks and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were especially noteworthy. I often don’t sleep well in hotels and I got one of the best nights of sleep I have had all year. I was glad there was lots of coffee at breakfast because we only had one package of regular coffee in our room. Overall it was great, thank you!

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was nice and extremely clean that’s a plus for me. The staff very nice but especially I want to give thanks to the maintenance guy for helping me open my room door while my daughters were in the room sleeping with the latch on the door I couldn’t get them to wake up and open the door so ty maintenance for your help on this matter. Love the outdoor pool! Will defenitely be booking here again soon!!

Overall great stay, easy parking, quick professional check in process, of course nice Hampton Rooms. Location is right near Arapahoe/Centennial Airport and a Walmart. Great breakfast spread, will stay here again. Special thank you to Issac!

We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.

Nothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.
