Hotel room is very clean and Beautiful design. Location is near to Tram 28 station as well as train station. Very convenient to go to downtown. Laundry shop just next to 50m. Breakfast is fair. Overall happy staying here.

The hotel location is very good, located in the center of the old town, a few steps to the shopping center, there are many attractions nearby, even walking distance, the room layout and design is very good, the facilities are very good, the hotel service is very good, especially the kids club , Very suitable for family travel, breakfast is very rich, everything is very beautiful, but I think the shower settings need to be improved, should not have a bathtub, it is not convenient for children and the elderly to take a bath, in fact the bathtub is very impractical.

Staff were very friendly and helpful My room was very clean and matched exactly what I saw online. I recommend this room for singles or couples who arent traveling with too much luggage. Travellers from outside the EU - remember to bring all your toiletries as hotels here dont keep single use items in the bathroom. However, im sure you could have asked. Location is good but keep in mind its not in the most central location. But it has bus stands 1 minute away from the hotel, so easy to get to all major locations. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend

Very good hotel, good location, a few minutes walk from the Bica and Justa elevator. The hotel is beautifully decorated, full of Lisbon style, with details everywhere. The breakfast is delicious and the service attitude is great. I highly recommend you to experience it.

1. The hotel has a unique and new environment. It is a converted monastery. Restaurants, shopping and transportation are nearby. 2. The room is not big. The biggest drawback is that the window is very small (about the size of a 20-inch suitcase). I wanted to change the room, but the room was full and I couldn't change. 3. The hotel service is friendly. 4. The service staff in the breakfast room had problems every day after staying for 3 days. On day 1, order a double omelette cooked on one side and make it cooked on two sides. I asked for ketchup, but it wasn't delivered. On the second day, I ordered fried eggs and omelette, but they were not served for a long time. I have to focus on it again. On the third day, we ordered mint tea, but the black waiter asked us to go to the drinks counter to get it ourselves, but after looking for it for a long time, we couldn't find it (but on the first two days, we always sat in a good seat, and the waiter would ask if we wanted coffee or tea first) Overall, this hotel is still very good, but the management of the breakfast room needs to be strengthened.

I love the location of the hotel, it is very central to the tourist attractions and also a lot of nice restaurants around the corner, make it very easy for tourist without transport. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. My room provide breakfast, while the spread is just good as it’s a boutique hotel which is fine for me. The room is as shown in the picture, nice, clean, smells good just the lighting a bit dimmed which I guess is normal for European hotel. The room is very good for me just that the hotel don’t provide complimentary bottled water which it should be a basic service by all hotels. Otherwise, everything is good.

I was given a room with a square outside the window, which was great! The window glass is very soundproof. And there are old-fashioned wooden windows and doors. Very interesting 😜 There is a capsule coffee machine, slippers, a refrigerator, a safe, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The room and hotel location are superb! I will definitely stay here again next time I go 👍👍👍

We liked the apartment. I highly recommend registering in advance via the website (request a link from the hotel manager via email). Then there are no problems with access to the apartment (another way to register is through the machine in the building, but sometimes it does not count the documents). The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped. Every day the service came to us and did a symbolic cleaning: changed the towels, made the bed (without changing the linen), but the floor was not wiped. The soundproofing in the apartment itself is normal, we did not hear anyone. But tourists under the windows sometimes shouted loudly, but in the city center, this is probably inevitable. The street is quiet, there are no bars on it, so passers-by will not bother you much. We recommend the apartment!

I loved the place very much. It was a good experience. Good treatment from the reception. They have a wonderful kitchen with all the tools available and free drinks. The hospitality is more than wonderful. They have a good small garden and a special place for food. I really recommend the place.

Absolutely excellent location! It's right next to the street and it's convenient to go anywhere The bathroom is big and it's great for taking a bath. The bath products are of good quality. You know, taking a comfortable bath in Europe is very rare. I don't know why, but it works every time! As for the bed, since there were three of us and one of us slept on the sofa bed, we felt that the cleaning was not very reliable because the family member who slept on the sofa bed always had a lot of bite marks on his body when he woke up. We don’t know if it’s because the sofa bed is rarely spread out as a bed so there are dead corners that are not cleaned properly. We felt a bit troubled! The service is very friendly, the counter will take the initiative to greet with a smile 😁, Summary: I recommend everyone to stay here in Lisbon, it is homely! (It would be better if the sofa bed could be cleaned thoroughly)
