Very comfortable.Super friendly.Unbeatable location.There is everything around and the mythical E28 is very close

Very very unfriendly, please be aware!

Nice location and good sized rooms which are a nice feature for the neighborhood. Staff is very well trained and thoughtful. The lobby area has a strong air freshener that makes it hard to stay there more than a few minutes. My room had some dust balls on the corners, which can be easily resolved with some vacuuming (so nothing structurally wrong with the unit). Breakfast was abundant and tasty.

This hotel is modern and clean and perfectly situated to walk to many restaurants and sites.Tiago was a big help! He checked us in and made sure we were happy with our room. The adjoining restaurant is great for breakfast and the lobby is small but good to grab morning coffee. Will definitely come back when we’re in Lisbon!

Location is perfect. Love the room I think you just have to pay attention to small details. There was a broken tile in the bathroom. The ring on the door handle was broken small things that get missed. .. but as a guest, I noticed ..also the sheets on the bed little ratty on the edges .

Great location !! But Whilst the pictures look great online , the room was actually very dark .. all black, including the ceiling , the bathroom … Provably more appealing to generation X! You can open the window, but you don’t want to do that as the fumes from the restaurant’s kitchen is bringing the smell into your room ( and we were on the 5th floor) .. wouldn’t want to know what it’s like on the floors below . At night there is a constant hum , so again , can’t open the window. I bought ear plugs to be able to get some sleep . Reception not overly friendly .. never any recognition, a hello?? when any guests enter the lobby .. on the plus side : maintainable guy went straight away to sort out the sink when we asked .

Small room, very loud because of the street and people during night. Staff was very friendly. The area was nice. Stay was ok.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast and very comfortable bed! However, the maintenance of the room is not consistent with a 4 star hotel: stained sofas and rugs, laminated flooring buckling from old water damage, leaks around the door to the patio, very slow drains, etc.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Even with our room over the street, it was very quiet. Overall very good hotel.

Good start at the reception while checking in, since you are nicely offer a Porto glass. Breakfast buffet is very good, and diverse, while the room is spacious. Even though located in a important street, there is no disturbing noise coming from the street. Nice hotel to enjoy for a romantic gateway, I recommend it.

Wow, what a great location and cute hotel!! It's right by great restaurants, boutique shops, global shops and ton's of sight seeing.

Very nice space. Room was amazing. Hallways and elevators are pretty tight but the hotel itself is completely renovated.
