Very clean and everything is good

This is a nice hotel, great spa

A hotel with a good location is next to a shopping mall, and there is a Chinese restaurant five minutes to the left, which tastes great. The room is relatively large and the bedding is relatively clean. The underground parking garage is 12 euros a day, which is very convenient. There is just an underground parking garage where you need to move your luggage up the stairs to get to your room.

Room well soundproofed, clean and identical to the photos, we recommend.

The hotel is very centrally located not far from the airport and also from the city centre. Everything is easily accessible by public transport. Unfortunately there are no soundproof windows, so it was very noisy in the room as the hotel is located on a major main road.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and our room was always tidy. The staff were always polite and ready to help . In addition, the staff made our birthdays special by surprising us with complimentary drinks and tarts filled with fruits. I will certainly recommend our stay in Jupiter Lisboa Hotel ❤️

Outstanding service and food. Fab gym, easy parking and €8 euros in a taxi if you don’t want to walk into the old town. Ideal.

Hotel is located very close to Metro entrance so it was a great option for looking to explore Lisbon. Staff were always super helpful and polite and couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was clean, tidy and room was immaculate when we checked in. Food was very good quality and the bar service was fast and reasonably priced. If I return to Lisbon in the future, which I intend to, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff remembered our names after coming and going between various cities. I was impressed with this personal touch.

A first class hotel, with a beautiful rooftop pool. Great rooftop bar, as well. I went at a quiet time of year (February) where temp was perfect. Staff were excellent.

Great hotel for family (had suite for family of 5). Metro right on the doorstep. Lovely service from all.

The hotel was good and functional, meeting our basic needs for our 4-night stay in Lisbon. We were given a nice spacious room but it was a little lacking in decor and felt quite sterile. We didn’t make use of the spa and pool but I feel that the outdoor pool area needs more attention and apparently the water tasted salty (from what I have heard from other guests). The breakfast buffet was lacking and not particularly good but I still ate there each morning. The best part was the kind and helpful staff and they are your biggest asset for sure. Overall good for a weekend trip but if you stay longer than 2 nights you could get a better stay somewhere closer to the centre of Lisbon.
