Very bad service , they hotel never takes the call , I don’t recommend anyone to to book this hotel , I’m still outside since was calling them

Everything was clean, got all the instructions directly, gotnall help i need, the location close to everything.

It’s ******** fake partner with trip all fake I booked I payed everything I came not able to check in number I got from trip all fake and trip support them to do not refund the money I paid

Nice place with good service

The owner was very kind and it was a comfortable trip! There are a lot of Pakistanis outside the hotel, so if you are worried about noise at night, you may want to be careful.

The room was lovely. The hotel is located in the Indian district of Lisbon. It is not a slum, but the security and sanitation are worrying. If you only consider the price, you can choose it. Try to return to the hotel as early as possible, especially for girls.

I didn't get to the hotel, the location is very bad, they robbed us, the street where they are located is very bad, not even the taxis wanted to go on the street

A small cozy guesthouse not far from the center. We stayed one night and felt very comfortable! Absolutely recommended for the price!

Everything is good, the rooms are clean and large.

Already on the way to the structure you realize that it is not what you expected. But it's nothing compared to what your eyes will soon see. 4 floors of stairs without elevator, nauseating smell on all stairs. We check in a little perplexed, we arrive in the room and we realize that it is totally different from what was shown on booking "deluxe room". Smells of sewer, cave smell, infiltrations, dust, indecent cleaning and lots of dust. Real crap. We grabbed our bags and left! You can't rent something like that. The structure definitely reported our missed check-in to booking but this too is a lie as you can see from the photos. It's a shame I wasted my money like that.
