Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. The grounds and room were beautiful, room service was efficient but I want to give a special thanks to Joe Torres who went above and beyond. I normally never ever write reviews but this time i felt I had to. We had a minor issue in the room which Joe resolved super quick and efficiently but he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Of course an upgrade was nice but it was more the little details like asking what time we were checking out so he could send us off and a thoughtful leaving gift that were special touches. His warmth, sincerity and efficiency is the gold standard - and I can't remember meeting anyone better in the hospitality industry in my 14 years here in China and I have stayed in all the major 5 star hotels in shanghai and beijing.
