I stayed here for 2 night and how to get to the hotel I opened the map on trip app that is accurate. About hotel,Warm welcoming and the room I stayed is clean.

We arrived early and we were allowed to check-in directly by the kind owner. The room looked like the pictures. It was nice and comfy, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean. We had the pleasure to welcome the cats in our bedroom, as they entered once we opened the door. They are friendly and playful. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the Old town. There are many restaurants around, serving fresh and local food. Area is quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Nice Staff, Nice Room, Convenient to transportation and Lovely Cats

Very cute hotel close to the old town. Spacious and modern room with nice windows. View on the courtyard. Free self laundry. The owner is a very hospitable lady, but she was absent most of the time and so there was no one at the front desk for service. That probably lead to some problems: the room was not clean (we asked for a broom), the shower gel was empty, there was a very little left-over of toilet paper, the shower heater and « rain shower » were broken. Overall we appreciated our stay but it would be better if they improve the service quality.

The room is very nice and clean. It is in a quiet courtyard. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was actually very quiet at night. For a neurasthenic person like me, it is really good. The air conditioning in the room is so powerful in a beautiful city like Lijiang with a huge temperature difference between morning and night. The most important thing is that the bathroom actually has heating, which really surprised me. I love it so much. There is also plenty of hot water. The boss's family is really nice people. It was very cold at night and the aunt asked the little sister to pick us up. Thank you very much! The inn is opposite the gate of the ancient city, which is very convenient. Jimei, go ahead, don't miss such a good inn.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the afternoon sunlight shines into the room, it's so charming that I forgot to take a picture. The owner's family is super friendly and enthusiastic, after giving us fruit, they also helped us dry our clothes so we could check out the next day. The owner also helped us rent an electric car and book tickets to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The auntie helped me carry my luggage to the car. I'm really grateful to the whole family. The family also has 3 adorable cats. Highly recommend everyone who comes to Lijiang to stay here. Thank you very much to the owner's family ☺️

Facilities: Complete facilities Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: very very beautiful Service: The proprietress and her family are very enthusiastic and interesting. It is a very worthwhile B&B to stay in Lijiang. I don’t want to go home after I come here. Lijiang is really fun.

The service was very good. The lady helped me with my luggage, and the uncle helped us watch the road and reverse the car. They were also very enthusiastic to answer any questions we encountered during the trip. Good experience

The courtyard is in the ancient city. The owner will reserve a parking space for you in advance (in a public place outside the ancient city). The room is clean. The owner will enthusiastically drive an electric car to pick you and your luggage. There are food everywhere around.

The room was very clean and had all the facilities. The proprietress was very nice and welcoming. When I mentioned that I was going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain the next day, she even helped me contact a car to pick me up in the middle of the night. She was very honest and straightforward in everything she said. It felt like we were old friends who had known each other for a long time. It made me feel like I was at home.

I'm quite satisfied with the room. The yard is leisurely and there are 3 cute kittens. The children at the B&B and mine had a lot of fun.
