One of the best hotels we stayed. Room is brilliant, beautifully decorated, very clean. Hot water is instant, AC capable of blowing hot air, fantastic for the cold wintry nights. The owners of the hotel provide excellent services, in keeping guests connected through Wechat way before arrival date and throughout our stay. Helped us too to order Peking duck when we were exhausted after a day of sightseeing. Their afternoon tea and evening ******* butter tea spread a spirit of good cheer amongst the guests. Really love the fabulous breakfast every day, with lovely views of JDS mountain to boot.

The room was spacious, but the advertised mountain view was mostly a street view, which was disappointing, especially since we paid extra for it. The location is convenient, being close to the old town, but the street noise was a downside—earplugs were even provided. If the app would allow me to upload a video, it would be a shock to how loud the noise was even at level 9 (the highest level at the hotel). There's only one lift, so going up and down during peak hours will be a nightmare. Additionally, the hotel could use better maintenance.

They even go the extra mile by helping with luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and stunning views. It's an experience you won't want to miss!

Had 6 wonderful nights stay at the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Lijiang ancient town. The hotel is built with ancient architecture but the interior is very modern. The environment is peaceful and the hotel overlook the entire old ancient city. The view is breathtaking. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The room is equipped with heated flooring and mattress. The hotel manager, 小唐 is very thoughtful. He always check in on us to ensure that we are comfortable and ensure that our requests are met. He always serves us tea, chat with us whenever he is free and explain China history which was very interesting. He personally cut fruits for us which was so nice of him. When we were out the whole day, he will turn on the aircon in our room to ensure that we come back to a warm room after a long day. It’s our first trip to China and we have very good impression of the country because of 小唐. His service is top notch 👍 and the gold standard for the hospitality industry. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Lijiang. Yunnan is such a beautiful place and the people are kind and warm.

We had a great stay at this hotel the location is very convenient in Lijiang ancient town but it’s by the street so that cars can stop by the entrance of the hotel. We were welcomed by the front desk team that helped with our luggage. We initially booked a twin room but the room we had booked was a bit dark and we asked if there was any other room available. One of the employees named 阿鑫 quickly helped us to check and offered us an upgrade to a suite instead which was much better. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the ancient town. We also received free minibar and welcome fruits which was very nice. Furthermore, 阿鑫 helped us to introduce all the important tourist attractions and restaurants as well as bars. She helped to book tickets for the attractions that we wanted to visit and also followed up to see that we were happy. Her friendly and professional service made us feel very happy and we enjoyed our short stay in Lijiang very much.

Reached Lijiang via Rail and took a 5rmb bus ride which I can buy the ticket before the railway station exit. It take about 40mins and alight at the North gate of the Lijiang Ancient town. Walked for about 10mins to reach the hotel. Very easy to find. It’s located right at the outer circumference of the ancient town, away from the pub music at night. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. I book tours with him and he will advise what tourists trap to avoid. There are a lot of food options just at the main road 10 meters away. Visited the Elephant Hill at 黑龙潭 park. Best location to see the sunrise of Yulong Mountains, best of all, it’s free if you reach there before 7am. Had a very nice tea session with the staff of the hotel. The tea is super nice and no hard selling of the tea products. We enjoyed chatting abt everything under the sun. Will definitely come back and stay here in future.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the owner’s hospitality was evident—he personally came to the main gate to help us with our heavy luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. The owner was also very informative, providing us with valuable guidance and tips about activities and attractions in the area. It made planning our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The room was lovely, and we especially appreciated the bathroom, which had a bathtub—a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Hello from Malaysia🇲🇾! Forgot to take the photos of the room. But eyerything was perfect! Really amazed with the room facilities. Comfy room, staffs were helpful & friendly. The oxygen machine in the room was very useful. I think around 5 plug wall socket provided in the room, really convenient. Recommended inn to stay!!❤️

This is my first time in Lijiang. Mr. Andy contact me days before we arriving from Kuala Lumpur to arrange for pick up at train station. But due to my WeChat aps error, we go to the hotel by DiDi and he picked us from the entrance and helped us with the bags as the old city not accessible direct by car. While we were checking in he made us tea, which was really nice. The hotel is very beautiful, just in the center of Lijiang Old Town. You can go out and stroll. The room and environment is beautiful, comfortable and clean and also all the essential are there. The whole staff of the hotel were really nice and always there for me for all the service that I need especially Mr. Andy. He taking care of us. He helped me reserving a trip to the snow mountain & Tiger Leaping Gorger. Mr. Andy led us to the meeting point in the morning. Very good of him. Mr. Andy arrange driver to send us to the train station on our last day in Lijiang. I highly recommended staying at this hotel and will never regret the experience. Will definitely choose here for my next visit to Lijiang To Mr. Andy, thank you so much for your help and kindness. Till we meet again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is in a great location, just a short walk from the main street and only a few minutes away from the heart of the old town. The service was outstanding, and I especially appreciated the free pick-up service from the station in their beautifully designed car. Although I had to leave early in the morning and they couldn’t take me back to the station, they kindly helped by bringing my luggage to the main street, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well-designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning could have been stronger, and I missed having a heater in the bathroom. Overall, I found the hotel to offer great value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it for its prime location and excellent service.
