The hotel does not have a parking lot, but you can park in someone else's parking lot on the underground first floor for 20 euros per night. The room is clean and the location is in the city center. It's good to stay for one night.

We stayed one night at Radisson Liege. The hotel looks fairly new. Our room although small, was very clean, soundproof and well decorated. The bed and air con were good. The view out the back was not so good. Breakfast was very good. There is a parking under the hotel, but it is owned and operated by a neighboring hotel, so this parking is not accessible. We were directed to use the underground parking at the iLot shopping center 450 meters distance from the hotel (see map I attached) This proved to be quite a chore as we had quite a bit of luggage to drag through the streets and the iLot shopping center parking entrances can be challenging to locate. When checking out on Sunday, the parking entrance we used on Saturday was closed, so I spent a lot of time trying to find how to access the parking. The Radisson hotel provides a discount coupon for parking. When I inserted my parking ticket into the machine, the machine failed and kept my ticket. It took about 45 minutes of calling the hotel and the hotel calling parking management to allow me to exit my rental car from the parking. I can't imagine how this parking arrangement will work in really bad weather like heavy rain or a snowstorm. When I finally got my rental car out of the garage, I had to return to the hotel to retrieve my luggage. 1.5 hours to properly checkout mainly because of this poor parking situation.

Guests don’t have complete control over the environmental control system, front desk changes your room temperature at the toggle between heat and A/C at their discretion. Lack of shower curtain makes the shower experience unpleasant and floods the dry area of the restroom. Un friendly staff and unpleasant neighborhood. Hotel management only care about profit not guest experience.

This is a nice hotel that is newly renovated and modern. We really liked it. The quality of the interiors and the breakfast were nice. Beds were comfortable and staff was helpful. The location is also great, not too far from city centre within walking distance. The only issue was that for corner rooms the air conditioning was not working properly, air flow was limited and those rooms were hot even at night time. Probably a mechanical design issue. But we moved into another room and temperature here was fine. The rest was quite good and we enjoyed it.

It was very good. Just that the receptionist made several miscalculations on the amount i had to pay both during check in and checkout. The receptionist was nice to handle my request for one day extension. They also helped alot with the many taxi requests that i made at their level.

A comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The location is EXCELLENT, in the middle between the van Bueren staircase and the shopping streets. We stayed in a room with a view of the square and streets in front of the hotel and spent a pleasant hour of watching outdoor activities. Because the hotel car park is relatively remote, I parked my car in the parking garage belonging to another hotel immediately below this hotel.

Well,on arrival the fire alarm was going off and smoke coming from the kitchen! The staff were all calm and the smoke disappeared. So we could check in and get to our room. There is expensive car parking under the hotel, so we used the recommendation to park our motorcycles. However, this car park is not suitable for motorcycles. So feedback given to the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Good selection of drinks including a local brewery.

Staying at Radisson Liege City Centre was a great experience! We liked it. The service we experienced was great. We did like the room very much Hotel location & amenities are excellent What we liked the least was not having spa & exercise room within the hotel.

The hotel did not live up to the normal standard of the Radisson brand. The feeling was more of a Boutique hotel, with very young staff, who was not that professional. The hotel did not have an agreement with the parking company, who managed the parking cellar under the hotel! We needed to carry our luggage, up the stairs and around the building to enter the lobby.

Room: was fine but soundproofing horrible, airco not very efficient. Breakfast: was average for an hotel of that category, buffet spread was fine but pretty standard and was entirely spoilt by a bus of British people who all went down for breakfast at the same time as us (9am on a Sunday) and all decided to prepare some sandwiches -> which resulted in no food left for us. We had to wait till the staff refilled, it took time... Location: given that we wanted to be near the opera it was fine for us.
