KoKo Hotel Milano Marittima

First of all I never write reviews of the hotels we stay at. There were good hotels and bad that we stayed in but this one was so bad that I decided to register on tripadvisor and write a review. The rooms were passable but the family room has a bunkbed that is ready to fall apart. My tiny kids were lying on it and it almost collapsed. Anyway I was willing to ignore that as we only stayed for a day. There is indeed a lot of bugs inside the rooms as other reviews claim and the AC was really loud. The breakfast was when the bad stuff begins. We were "served" paper cups and paper plates with a bin in the middle of the table (?!) to clean after ourselves. Is this a joke? I though it was odd but..alright ignored it. But then when we wanted to grab a breakfast from the buffet, we were met by the staff who was standing there and blocking the food buffet. You cant freely take your breakfast! You need to ask the staff to put a sausage on your plate. Want more salami? Nope, they literally taken away the food cart with cheese and salami the moment after I took some. I was patient. Didnt complain. But then my daughter went to get one more mini croissant and when she wanted to take the tongs, the staff ran to the buffet and slapped her hand off the tongs as if she did something really bad. I was baffled, I didnt even know what to say. Atrocious. They'll never see us again.
