But, I must state with horror that during the 10 days of the summer holidays from 03.07.-12.07.2024 we did not receive adequate services, namely: - on the day of arrival, the room was not ready for 3 people, but only for 2, which the reception did not perceive as a problem but as a matter of course (it happened) - during the entire stay, toiletries were prepared only 3 times, also for two people, even though we said at the reception (daily) that we do not receive these and also towels were only prepared for two people. - breakfast, which started at 7:30, was already ready, but the hot buffet was not served until around 8:00 - however, we registered a significant change on the last day of our stay. we think change has changed. But: Finally, after 10 days, the bathroom was actually cleaned for the first time. The breakfast was really all prepared on time. In any case, we are very sorry that such an approach ruined our vacation, probably also due to the incompetence of the receptionists.
