訂酒店非常滿意的一次，來前台辦理入住，小姐姐非常熱情，給我免費升級房間，房間也非常大，空調效果也很好👍也很安靜，還有早餐也挺好的，吃的挺飽的，下次還來這家酒店，非常推薦🥰🥰

不論是前台還是打掃阿姨人都很好很熱情～不過酒店本身確實不新（之前以為是新酒店，住進來很吃驚看起來陳設得有幾年了），整體就是普普通通的小酒店，非節假日250左右一晚也確實不能指望啥～～算是住個方便，對面就是左心房，距離步行街和很多不錯的吃飯的店（海鮮排檔和中華東路吃飯的地方）都挺近的，去雲台山和花果山也都ok，免費停車

房間老舊，紗窗臟的不能碰，頂上還一大塊黴，雙層窗玻璃不知道是漏氣還是怎麼回事不是透明的，，最難受的就是淋浴花灑噴頭，呲的到處都是，國慶節加價就這環境，除了離在海一方景區近點，其他沒啥了，拉倒

環境還不錯 離公交也不遠、很方便 ！對面就是左心房奶茶店。房間環境也很不錯 ，智能家居。前台服務態度也好 入住當晚鎖有點問題，打電話聯繫前台，立馬安排人去解決問題了。

房間乾淨寬敞，地理位置優越，周圍都是海鮮餐館，馬路對面就有左心房果茶店，向南走一個路口就有BRT公交站，北邊就是墟溝海鮮美食城。上午就到了酒店，前台小姐姐很温柔，態度很好，給提前辦理了入住手續，房間有一個大窗户採光很好，視野也棒，整體好評！

房間還是挺好的。就是有些設施老舊。電視不能投屏。真的很雞肋。環境還算不錯。位置也好。早上比較吵。樓下都是車。因為靠近商業街的原因吧。

優點:酒店管理規範，環境很好，房間乾淨整潔，空間很大，可以及時打掃，工作人員態度很好，有單獨的晾衣架，有停車場
不足:空調即便設定小風風也很大；小度智能語音連不上網；房間內沒有座機，聯繫前台得用手機；衞生間花灑不好用，建議定期清理；停車場有點小
總之，酒店很不錯，給個好評
重要提醒:來連雲港旅遊一定要選擇這樣的正規酒店，千萬別選小酒店和民宿，坑人沒商量
