The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and tasty. There’s lots of food to choose for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable.

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean.
Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive.
Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great.
Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

Everyone is very enthusiastic.

It must be a perfect score. Every time I come to Lhasa, I choose InterContinental. The breakfast is much richer. Before departure, I also packed sandwiches, which are very delicious! It is quiet and comfortable to sleep at night. The temperature in the room is very suitable. I slept the best night all the way from 318 to Tibet. I stayed at InterContinental last time and it was great. This time I stayed at the hotel for three days. I was quite satisfied overall. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, especially the housekeeper Nancy, who paid attention to whether we had altitude sickness and gave us a small gift. I moved here from St. Regis after staying there for two nights. I felt that the hotel was really big when I walked in from the main entrance. Although many shopping malls and shops were not open, the sense of space and ******* architecture were really unique. The hotel breakfast was also very rich, with my favorite tofu pudding, pancakes, and noodles. The variety was rich and the overall accommodation experience was good. Although the location was not as good as St. Regis, the overall feeling was still the consistent style of InterContinental. I stayed in Building 6 of St. Regis at that time. It was very inconvenient to go up and down the elevator twice and walk a long way from the main building!
