Rooms very basic - the second night I was in a room with an adjoining door and the occupants might have well been in my room as there was no sound proofing -did not enjoy the very poor quality food - very over priced and very little choices - if you were a vegetarian forget it - will never stay there again.

Basic rooms but clean, and very comfortable beds. Perfect for stopping on route to Burgundy. Good breakfast and nice location for popping into Beaune (though you would need to drive). Has a small pool to cool off and pleasant outside space for meals.

Really outstanding for a Campanile - decent menue, good wine list, good rooms and overall a nice environment ( there‘s even a pool and an outside barbecue stand, where fresh food is prepared to order). Very friendly staff. If you go to / pass trough Burgundy do an overnight stay here. Highly recommendable!

Really nice hotel close to Beaune city centre. Stuff was really friendly, room was clean and had everything you may need. It was really comfortable to stay there. Breakfast was good and had different options to choose from. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, it was definitely a nice experience as well as visiting Beaune😊

Depuis 4 ans , pour raisons professionnelles, je suis venu dans cet établissement 18 fois.‘Aujourd’hui, retraité, j’y fais escale avec mon épouse lors des trajets de nos vacances.Pour avoir connu cet hôtel en 2019 ( avant que les nouveaux patrons reprennent l’affaire), je peux vous dire que c’est le jour et la nuit! Belle décoration, investissements de rénovation important,accueil d’un personnel attentionné,petit-déjeuner copieux et excellente cuisine et choix des vins. Pour conclure un grand coup de chapeau au couple de patron qui sont des vrais professionnels chaleureux et meritants. Je les salue amicalement et… à la prochaine !!

Personnel très accueillant, chambre propre et lit confortable, belle déco, très bon restaurant qui propose une carte avec des produits régionaux. C'est pour nous un des plus beaux Campanile de France. Excellent séjour, nous recommandons

Personnel désagréable, peu accommodant et dépourvu de tout sens commercial, nous n'y retournerons certainement pas. Les hôtels ne manquent pas à Beaune! Le client est percu comme un simple utlisateur de service et non comme un client à satisfaire.

Une femme à l’accueil avec un accent de l’est très désagréable, cafard trouvé dans la chambre seule réponse : il doit venir de dehors aucun geste honteux ni changement de chambre ni rien ! À 100€ la nuit je ne trouve pas cela très pro ! Je met 2 étoiles car les femmes qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner étaient super gentilles .
