Located w alot of food places and cafes around. Hygiene wise our bedsheets had stain and smell of cigarettes. Room was relatively ok to stay in. Staff were pleasant and helpful

If you have to work with internet, leave this hotel away. The internet is always offline every few minutes and you have to wait for a while until the server recovers. I even cannot send emails with Gmail during the two days.

My stay at Mercure Hotel Bandung City Centre was a delightful experience. The staff stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness. The rooftop infinity pool with a view of Bandung city was a definite highlight. The hotel's strategic location near attractions and culinary spots added to its appeal. The rooms, offering a fantastic city view, were clean with a pleasant ambiance. However, the downside was the lack of soundproofing; I could hear noises from adjacent rooms and street traffic. Additionally, the breakfast, while satisfactory, was just average. Overall, a positive stay with some room for improvement.

please look at the bathroom floor. It is very sleepery and it is not safe for the guest.

Very pleasant stay, we had fast check in.. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. But only when we request for baby cot, they cannot provide. But overall nice and fun.

This hotel have Strategic location, nice room, and view from the rooftop swimming pool is very good, But the parking lot way too small, especially on the week end (Not enough space for car parking), thank you
